I have been taking my van here for service for 5 years, bought new from them disappointed that even though I specifically bought my winter tires/rims/tpms from them ($1600) with the promise to store my tires, new rules mandate $40 per season storage fee I can see new customers getting charged, but existing customers should be honoured with original arrangement. Customer service needs to be improved to keep folks coming back. Little things mean a lot.

I can honestly say I've never been treated this good in 30 years of buying vehicles. I just happened to be in Chatham one day on other business and while driving by I noticed a beautiful pre-owned black Ram sport sitting out front for sale. I stopped in to ask a few brief questions and ended up taking it for a test drive. Upon returning, I made a few comments regarding the truck and how it handled. The sales person (Jennifer) never batted an eye at agreeing with my concerns and promising to correct them. Due to past experiences at other places, I was a bit sceptical but decided to go ahead and purchase the truck right then and there. Over the next few days there was some delays and hiccups (On my part) and I thought for sure there was going to be problems. They handled all of my many phone calls and questions very professionally and had no issues moving forward with the deal. When I finally was able to pick the truck up, it was better than agreed upon and I was in absolute awe of how they treated me.
For anyone that is considering buying a new or used vehicle, please don't hesitate to stop in and talk to Jennifer. She'll definitely go out of her way for you !!

Great Service! Brought my RAM in for an oil change last week and the staff at Chatham Chrysler is friendly and helpful. They offer a shuttle service to work and the service was completed on time - No issues!

We would like to send a huge thank you to Wendy Bloomfield of Chatham Chrysler. We just purchased our third vehicle from her, and as usual, we couldn't be happier!
The hard work and dedication that Wendy devotes to us as customers definitely does not go unnoticed! She got us an amazing deal, and an amazing new vehicle for our new family!

We love our van, but our experience with one of the female sales person and finance manager wasn't all that great, and that's putting it lightly. Definitely won't be going back and doing business there again. With my excellent credit rating, I'm sure any other dealership would be happy to treat us just a bit better. Experience at Chatham Chrysler wasn't terrible, just wish it was better than I expected going in for my first visit.
