I honestly recommend using one link to help you get a mortgage. As well the interest rates are at the lower end of what banks would charge. Also Mellissa was the young lady that helped walk me thru everything and she was amazing. Love it.

Dave Kondratuk worked diligently with me as I set out to purchase my new home. In my case there were a number of factors that needed to be considered and Dave went to great lengths to research all of my options and requirements. He is very responsive, communicating frequently and clearly. One of his strengths is being able to explain things in terms that are easy to understand. Clearly Dave has put in the work necessary to transition from an excellent real estate agent to a conscientious mortgage professional. Daryl was amazing from the very start all the way to the end. He gave me all he info I needed as a first time home buyer and was always available when I had questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking for a home, especially a first time home buyer as he’s extremely knowledgeable and makes sure there are no hidden surprises.

Meredith got us into our very own building nine years ago when none of the big banks were able to. It has been the best single move for my business that we've made in 20 years of being open. So when we needed to refinance there was no one else I wanted to call.

I found the services provided by this firm through Ed LeBlanc particularly delightful and excellent. As new immigrants with very little knowledge of the operating environment, Ed not only guided us through the maze of things (new to us) that we needed to do, he also shopped around for us for the best deal and didn't mind our "irritating" questions. I am truly inspired and would do it again and again with him. Thanks Ed for your invaluable support.

My boyfriend and I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Ed LeBlanc and one link mortgage. As first time home buyers the process can be a bit intimidating however, Ed made us feel comfortable and was there to answer any questions we had. I would certainly recommend him to everyone. It was a great and positive experience!!

Never been blatantly lied to by Professionals like I was by these brokers. Worked with both Neil Hamilton and Daryl Harris and would not recommend either of them to anyone.
Word of caution to anyone considering using them for a mortgage. Read the small print and read it twice because you'll get penalized much more than they tell you in the end.
The standard 3 months of interest on a VRM penalty is a small fraction of it.response / report this review -

I've used Meredith Kaminsky more than once in the last number of years. The support she's offered me, advice to make the right choice, and how quickly she was able to get everything done still amazes me! There have been times she returned my call on a Sunday, or on her Holidays. Now you don't get that at a Bank. I always recommend Meredith.
