I had a great experience re-learning first aid and CPR training after a COVID-19 hiatus break. I felt like I asked a lot of redundant questions but Connor answered each question respectfully. Being dyslexic and having a hard time getting simple things though my brain. There was no shame. I think I’m my 5 years of childcare profession. This is the first time I really enjoyed a first aid course. This man deserves a raise. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I took my CPR C recertification here. Kyle is a great instructor, straight to the point. Made sure all questions are answered and he was very informative/engaging. Best part is that he didn't make us do the dumb ice breakers courses make us go through at the beginning! Thank you Kyle!

I thoroughly enjoyed the CPR course I took today with our instructor Kyle. He was honest, straightforward and was very patient taking time to answer all questions asked by participants. He was very knowledgeable and shared personal experiences which always makes learning the material interesting. I also removed a star due to the condition of the restroom as well as the entrance area which appeared very sketchy and uninviting. The room was nice and clean and kept at a nice temperature during the warm weather.

I found this first aid course to be very engaging and left feeling confident in my knowledge on how to handle an emergency scenario! Kyle was a great instructor; he delivered the material in a confident and straightforward way. He was very knowledgable and answered all our questions fully. The location is quite convenient, and there are food options close by for lunch. I have taken off a star due to the level of cleanliness of the facility, particularly the bathroom, which could use some improvement. Overall a great experience and I'm happy I chose to attend here.
