Best dentist appointment ever. After a snow shoveling incident on the weekend and losing a chunk of my front tooth (not an emergency - just not pretty) Pat was able to squeeze me into the Monday schedule. Dr Matt is amazing and I left there fully restored. Stellar care from the front desk to the chair. You guys are the best.

Always an easy, positive experience at Penticton Dental. The front end staff to the hygienists and dentists are always lovely, present, kind and mindful of time. Things run smoothly and the energy is great.

I've been to them a few times. The dental hygienists are great. Last time I went there however was for a free filling and it was the most horrific experience of my life. They had a trainee assisting the dentist because it was a free procedure and she had no idea what she was doing. There were moments where I couldn't breathe and the tooth isn't even properly fixed after them doing a filling twice now.

Today I called to book an apt for my boyfriend and I as I will have benefits again soon and was told they aren't taking new patients (as my bf hasn't been there before). They just lost themselves a patient. Dental offices should at least consider accepting a current patient's spouse. That is terrible service. I won't be back.

I would recommend Penticton Dental Centre to anyone looking for a new dentist in the South Okanagan. I switched to Dr. Saina a few years ago after a bad experience with another dentist and have had nothing but positive experiences since. Tanya and the front office staff are friendly and helpful when booking appointments and always greet you with a smile upon entering the building. I have had Jenna as my hygienist the last few visits and her professionalism and kindness go above and beyond. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my family's dental care.

Fantastic place to go! I’d recomend Penticton dental to anyone! Dr Irvine is a great dentist! My husband will not go to anyone else!
Recently had my braces done here and it was an exceptional experience.
The reception staff is always friendly and amazing!
The thing that made my experience stand out by far was my orthodontist Andrea! She’s always friendly and takes time out of her busy schedule to really get to know you. She was always very attentive in making sure that everything was comfortable! I never once felt like I was being a nuisance or felt like I was being pushed out the door.
Amazing experience!
