Absolutely very helpful, knowledgeable, nice and caring staff. Dr ken and his assistant were both amazing explaining all the options regarding the issue both my husband & I had with our teeth. Special thanks🙏

Dr Ken (the best dentist) Nicole, Kim, other two assistants of Dr Ken I can’t remember the names Paul (the best higynist) the reception team are beyond expectation. With Covid and being Immune Compromised I had not been to the dentist for a year and a half.
The staff put all my anxiety to rest! They have increased their protocols and even checked my temperature when I arrived. I love this dentist! I moved away a few years ago, but the 45 minute drive is well worth the excellent professional care I received.response / report this review -

This is the best dentist office in all of Maple Ridge. Everyone who works here is friendly, fun but also pay attention to what you are saying and feeling.
The best part besides the people is the level of knowledge and care that is given to your teeth. They are proactive and ensure their work is completed correctly.

My first time into this office was for an emergency extraction and I was under a lot of stress, but the staff instantly put me at ease with their caring manner. I returned several times over the summer to get more work done and every experience was like the first. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional dental practice that truly cares about their patients.

Hands down this is theeeeeeee best dental office I have ever been to in my life. I though only the rich and famous get treatment like this.
Let me paint you a picture.
2 days before my appt they called me to remind me I had one.
Siri reminded me 1hr before my appointment, at this time I had already picked up an extra shift.
I called and spoke with Julia (I think) and explained to her the situation, she said no problem and gave me 2 options.
I can cancel now and reschedule in a month or I can come in and they will work as fast as possible.
Of course I went with option 2, being very pessimistic of course we have all heard that before.
I finally arrived 15 min late, and as soon as I arrived they asked me to fill out some paper work.
When I sat down a gentleman was standing in front of me watching me like a hawk. At this moment no words were exchanged, but as soon as I handed in the completed form. He introduced himself as the doctor who will be working with me, and escorted me to my examination chair.
DISCLAIMER - THE LAST VISIT WAS 3 YEARS AGO D.T VANCOUVER.
When I sat down I felt like I was sitting in a first class flight.
As you recline back in this beautiful chair directly above you is a smart t.v
broadcasting a soap opera. I then say to myself great looks like i am going to stuck watching.before I finish my thought, he says would you like a remote. Sure I say, but the waterWe also have glasses as well. I figured the glasses would be for me to keep my eyes dry so I can read the captions on the T.V.NOPE because he also gave me headphones to drown out that god awful sound of the drilling.
He was so amazing that he was always asking me if I was ok and if I needed a break just let him know. He was also so accomadating, by avoiding asking me questions with my mouth jacked open.
Any who after that in came the polisher so happy, so caring so understanding. And then another doctor came in for the finishing touches.
All in all an amazing experience from beginning to end. The most important situation was leaving. Usually the receptionist books you in gives you an appt and out the door you go. There were 2 receptionist (underrated name) at the table and both were working on my file. Not just that one of them provided me some insight regarding my dental benefits. Amazing work and thanks to her my company has decided to improve our dental plan.
