I have had one bad experience with this store . Other then that the staff has been great ! Defiantly recommend this small bushiness ! For pawning or for finding some great items for a lessor price then big box. If you have a problem bring your item back and the staff will help the best they can . Hope this review helps make it right ! My last review was a bit hasty.

Just called looking for a pair of skis. The clerk couldn't hear me, which was fine so I repeated myself. When she did hear what I was saying she was like "uhhm, no". Very rude tone zero stars for customer service. There was no sorry we don't have any. She sounded anoyed she was taking the phone call.

These guys are goofs way better when the helie/Shaw's ran it they are rude and won't hesitate to try to rip you off people remember this place as a good trusted Chilliwack gem Make no mistake these new owners are bad people rip off artists do not shop there

When you run a business you are suppose to give wonderful customer service, other wise how do you get customers back?

They are very rude. I've watched them sit at their desks taking selfies with Snapchat or scrolling through Facebook like she had more too do.

The additude from them is disgusting. Just because we live in a town with lots of mischief and drugs, but not everyone whom walks through the door is a bad person. Try smiling, that is what customer service is about.
