  Awful service, waited 50min for 5lbs of wings and they got it wrong. Wanted us to wait another 20-30 min whilst they re-did it and charge us again! Asked for our money back.
  
  They had friends come in who got their pizza in 5min and didn't have to pay.and chatted 20min. Maybe more attention on customers and orders and less on socializing would be good.

  Twice the worst service! I ordered pizza online at 7.35 pm and it never got delivered until now( its 10.15 pm now). The staff has been telling that pizza is on its way and will reach in ten minutes and their ten minutes are not over yet. Maybe they define minutes in some other metric which we normal people don't understand.
  Lesson learnt: Never order pizza from here. They are the WORST!

  This place is a work of wonder! I order delivery everytime. The Godzilla deal is the best, and your creamy garlic sauce is wonderful! The pricing is great too!

  Ordered from here not too long ago just like other reviews customer service is lacking, wrong pizza. The lady on the phone offered us five dollars off when our order was 30 dollars and I tipped five dollars. Said there was nothing they could do. Didn't care that we were unhappy. Really poor customer service more than once, I'm really understanding but with people I can actually work with. Won't be ordering from here anymore. Not to mention late as well pizza was cold.

  Wow, this place is a joke. I wish I looked here and saw all the other horrible reviews before attempting to order last night. Made an online order which never showed up. Three hours later they called although I didn't bother answering because by that time it was late and I had already had something else to eat and was in bed because in what universe is it normal to wait three hours for a pizza. Lol. Do not recommend. Order your pizza from literally anywhere else!!

  Always fresh and piping hot at the door (delivery). Best pizza in Woodstock at the moment. Fast and friendly. Ingredients are always fresh. The only reason I don't give them a fifth star is that when I have ordered from inside the store it is excessively loud and difficult to hear the soft spoken workers at the cash register. Mostly I just order over the phone so that's not often a problem for me and I would recommend them for your pizza cravings. :o))
