Although it is a bit expensive, Dr. Maureen is VERY good with nervous dogs and cats. We will keep seeing her.

Always pay more than quoted. Nice friendly employees, but high cost compared to other vets in Calgary.

We absolutely love our vet and all of the staff here. Always friendly, no judgement, and our dog likes coming (I think that says something). We visit more than we would like as our fur baby manages to constantly surprise us with the things she eats. I completely trust that the doctors have our family's best interests at heart and they move mountains to see us for every emergency. Very knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and reasonable pricing. We will never go anywhere else!

I took my little dog in for grooming and she came out bald. Totally scalped. Sadly I paid before I saw her. She went from a cute little Maltese to looking liked an orphaned Chihuahua.

I have been taking my fur babies here for years. I have had excellent experience with both grooming and veterinary care. Cass and Alex are excellent groomers, both very attentive to detail and my dogs love going there.
As for veterinary care, Shawny took care of a dental, originally the quote was high which was great because it made us budget for the worst and we were pleasantly surprised when we got the bill, that she pro rated based on the time it took and my pooch healed incredibly quickly!

I got a terrible experience here some scratch after glooming then nobody explained what was happen over there.I asked about that then they said " ohhhh this is ur fault this is ur problem " what a good attitude. just explain truly then I understand ok?

I have been taking my two dogs, both rescues, for five years to the Tuscany Vet Hospital. Both dogs have had many issues because of the condition that they were in when I adopted them. One had a broken hip and the other a badly broken leg. Whenever I have felt they needed to see Dr. Hollingshead the clinic has accommodated me. I find Dr Hollingshead to be very knowledgeable, professional, and above all, compassionate to my dogs. I have the utmost confidence in all decisions that are made on behalf of my dogs.

I can only say good things about this clinic! We have been taking our dog Marley to Dr.Maureen and her wonderful team of techs for about 4 years now. Stephanie, Jaime and Lauren are always very informative, helpful and loving towards our dog. They are always willing to answer questions and give advice when we are having issues with Marley's very sensitive stomach. They have gone above and beyond for Marley's care and I would not trust anyone else with the care of our pet. I would and do recommend this clinic to all our friends and family and to complete strangers! Thank you Dr.Maureen & your team for always taking such good care of Marley!

I have decided to switch vets after the last experience with this clinic. I feel it is very profit driven and lacking compassion. A spay and microchip procedure should not cost almost $1000.00!
Not only was I charged an additional $85.00 for 10 "extra" minutes during my dogs spay procedure but they also could not adequately explain the medical reason why that was the case. A day later when my dogs stitches ripped open (funny I've owned many dogs in my lifetime and never had that happen) I was charged another $150.00 for x-rays to confirm what we already knew and then sent to another clinic for an emergency surgery and overnight stay. I feel that it would have shown a lot of respect for the customer to cover the cost of the x-rays 24 hours after having surgery done at this clinic. Now $2000.00 later my dog is recovering and thankfully she will be ok but I have been left with a heavy sense of disappointment and the feeling that this clinic is out for money rather than the well being of my pets. Customer service and utmost care for my animals is my number one priority and if those needs aren't met I have no reason to continue my patronage with this clinic nor recommend it to anyone else.
