  Turbo IT helped me set up the hardware and security for a new office in 2019. Since then, if there have been any further issues, they have been available for assistance in a timely manner. Jonathan and his team members are always very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and lovely to work with.

  We've been using Turbo IT Solutions' IT services for almost 5 years now. The team is very easy to work with. They are responsive to service requests, what's even amazing is that they always follow up, by real persons, not automatic emails. The purchases they propose, if needed to fix problems, are reasonable, they don't press us to spend more than necessary, like many companies do.

  Jonathan and his team are working super hard to get the best result for the client. For example, They helped me with my IP phone. I did not have to research or do anything. They just made it so simple for me. I really appreciate help of Turbo IT Solutions. They are one of the best IT support companies in Vancouver.

  Turbo IT has managed our IP Phone system for over one year now and I find their service is excellent. Response times are quick and solutions to issues are resolved as fast as possible. The team is experienced, courteous and willing to spend the time to ensure systems are operating as they should.
