Found these guys through a Google recommendation and decided to take a chance on having them do a gas fireplace maintenance and repair for us. Our experience was great, the technician came by the next time, was timely efficient and kind.

We called Ignite flame for an estimate for a new furnace and Moe was able to send a technician over within the hour. The cost was very fair and the technician told us about the Fortis rebate. We had it installed the same week and the guys at ignite flame were super helpful with the rebate paperwork. Totally recommend thir services!

We had a very positive experience with Rob. He helped us with a heating maintenance appointment and a subsequent emergency. He works until the issue is resolved and gives helpful recommendations to maintain our unit in good working condition. I'm thankful for his time and attention to our home heating needs.

Highly recommended for quick and good service. I was able to get a leaking boiler fixed on very short notice and Rob was also able to fix ongoing heating issues that our home had. They are very professional with reasonable prices, would definitely recommend their service!

Very satisfied! They came on time and was very professional. They repaired my hot water tank and found out that the house water pressure was too high and adjusted accordingly. Price was reasonable.
