Clean rooms friendly staff. Everything you need but not much more. This was my third time here-sadly all 3 times for deaths in the family. Staff was very accommodating- even upgraded us for free on top of the already discounted price we were offered. Last time we were here we rented their banquet room for the service. Again, staff was very helpful Banquet room was clean. We had the use of as many BQ tables and chairs as we needed and weren't rushed out afterwards. Only thing I'd like to see are fans in the bathrooms. Gets steamy fast! I can say I'd stay again although I hope under better circumstances!

Good price, nice front desk people, and a good location. The room was clean though of course dated in furnishings. Ample parking. The stairs up to second floor and walls in the hallway on the second floor were super grungy an definitely in need of cleaning. The breakfast room was big but super crowded at times. Breakfast was comparable to competition.

It has a great location and is quite quiet. Pool and hot tub with great jets to work on tired muscles. The owner and staff are good, not just an advertisement. The big thing is a real breakfast, fruit, bagels, yogurt, toast, cereal, coffee, tea, waffles and eggs. Not a cheap version of a continental breakfast. Parksville beach is the big thing, huge expanse of clean sand and clear water. Totally enjoyed my 4 nights there.

I walked in late at night and got a room. The night attendant was very friendly. If you also arrive late, ring the bell to be let into the lobby. The room was clean and fair in space, though I was only here to sleep and clean up. The television selection was much better than most mid-range hotels I have stayed in. The complimentary breakfast is a little smaller than usual, but tasty nonetheless. Quick access to the highway, grocery, and banking for currency exchange.

We stayed in room 336, the room was clean and spacious with a queen size bed, fridge, desk, table and four chairs. The bathroom was pristine clean with fresh face cloths and towels. Also supplyed soap, shampoo and even conditioner. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great place to call home for your vacation. Also free breakfast included from 7 to 9:30 and a lovely pool to swim in.

Great sized room with fridge and microwave. Front desk staff is super helpful. Breakfast is good. Would love some gluten free options in it.

The hotel was mostly adequate and the staff was competent. Certainly nothing was above and beyond the bare minimum. Pillows were not very comfortable at all, and there were some questionable stains on some of the furtniute (not the bed). Hot tub was ok, but not super hot. Breakfast options included waffles, muffins, cereal, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, etc.

Enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The room was very nice, large with two sitting chairs to watch TV. The breakfast was good! We both enjoyed the hot tub and the pool and use it both nights while we were there. The front desk person, actually both of them were very friendly and helpful.
