Helpful staff, available washrooms, biking trails and bikes available on loan, great maps, free water and free dumping station which is a real bonus when you are RVing, very friendly City.

Seemed well staffed, had free WiFi and the young lady at the desk provided a lot of great tips for things to do in Medicine Hat. Don't get me wrong, the city itself was pretty boring (you can see and do everything in the span of about two hours) but I definitely enjoyed the tourism office!
