  We had our HVAC contractor inspect the complete AC and ventilation system before transferring the house over to the new owner. The ventilation system has not been a point of controversy for the new owners.

  It's quite inconvenient that our air conditioner isn't working properly. We ended up having to hire professionals for the A/C repair. The fan, it turned out, had ceased working owing to dust. They are great for A/C repair services.

  I neglected to get my HVAC system tested and serviced at least twice a year by a professional HVAC contractor. This was a costly error for which we had to pay the price. By now, I've joined a maintenance program with this HVAC contractor, and everything has improved. Thank you, chums!
