  I am extremely happy with how my new windows came out. Roman Dorokhin was super helpful in answering all my questions and in helping me decide the new layout of my living room windows that I wanted to update. He showed me mock up images of how it would look inside the house and outside. Which was great as trying to visualize it was hard for me. Helped to made the decision easier and less worried that I wouldn’t like the new design.The windows showed up exactly the month he said they would roughly be in and the installation went super smooth the crew was quick and made sure everything was cleaned up.I also had two frosted windows installed in my garage which look just as good as my living room windows. The office staff was great to deal with and super friendly when paying the final invoice.

  Very friendly, came out and gave an extremely reasonable quote. Was straight forward about wait times (due to the global situation); and when it was delayed 3 weeks more they called and let me know well before time.
  Great install, quicker than I expected. Super professional and great with clean up. Again lots of communication when on site (what they needed, respectful of my animals, space and time).
  Great experience- yes it took longer than I wanted to get the windows made but by no fault of their own.
  The follow up, including coming back to site to check finished product was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend to family.

  I needed to replace all the windows in my home, all of them over 30 years old. I had a great experience from sales to install. Professional, reasonable prices, they adhere to a schedule. Just fantastic. I would recommend them anytime!

  While the fellow we were dealing with was pleasant we waited a month to have someone come out to give us an estimate and then were given 7 days to purchase prior to the cost increasing. With their current offer of 40% off their pricing was still $10,000.00 higher than other Alberta companies. We were also told we would be looking at an extended wait for install & next spring for doors. Neither of which were an issue with other local companies. Would not recommend GreenFox and strongly suggest shopping around!

  From start to finish, an excellent experience! The product is everything I hoped for and everything they promised. So competent and professional. The installation was done quickly and mess kept to a minimum, and that was cleaned beautifully. Very respectful, polite and a joy to do business with. Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!
