My brand new Mazda 3 Sport was in an accident that damaged the Front Bumper and Radar. I was very confused about how to deal with insurance because this was my first life's accident. Everything was easy and comfortable when I presented to Alex. He worked with my insurance company, then gave me a big discount on my deductible. I did not need to pay for anything, just gave the car to him, got it back after the repair get done. He even sent drivers to give me a rental car at no charge while waiting for repairs that were not offered in my insurance plan. Alex and Gleb always tried to understand my situation to provide me the best things they can. My car returned to brand new state after repair. Really impressive. Perfect service, affordable prices, top quality are all the things I found here. I could not be happier with the process. Extremely highly recommend.

I was referred to Alliance Auto through a friend, after my car was damaged. Repair went through my insurance and it was very important to me that I deal with a garage that understands the process and manages the repair by dealing directly with insurance company.
At the end, I was impressed with two things. They took care of the entire process dealing with my insurance. I did not have to do anything. It was fantastic.
Second they've done an absolute awesome job repairing my vehicle in a very short period time on time and as quoted. No overruns, no extensions or delays. Car looked like new.
I am truly impressed not only with workmanship, but also with service. Just a great place to take your car for body work repair. Strongly recommend to anyone. You won't be disappointed.
