  Could not understand how a Courrier company could operate in such ways. Driver came and just stuck a note on the door. No knocking and didn't ring the door bell. We we're all family members inside the house, all cars on the driveway. Called to reschedule a delivery the same day (done 30 minutes after the note was stuck), impossible and has to be done in 4 days. Been waiting 3 weeks for this package. Impossible to pick up either due to covid 19 precautions (understandable). But for a company to deliver such poor service in terms of delivery is over my mind.

  Horrendous service by the pick up staff ,i had to return my videotron equipment and the person responsible for picking up the package didn't even wear a mask when he entered the premises /building despite being told by the concierge at my building.Moreover,he was rude and had no.manners or social skills at all .
  I personally carried the Package to his car and gave it to him and he simply it threw/ dumped it on the backseat of his car and was angry because i didn't have the return shipping label affixed on it .
  Honestly i have never seen nor met people that are so unprofessional,rude ,ill mannered and lack any sort of social skills.
  I wonder who operates or runs this company!
  Moreover,i noticed that this is prevalent in many companies operating in Quebec,people here simply lack social skills ,are rude ,vulgar and lack professionalism.
  I don't recommend anyone using their services,despicable and unacceptable.

  I am actually surprised at how poor the ratings are for this service. I have used them 3 times for local Montreal delivery. First, the customer service over the phone is impeccable. They are always courteous and helpful, and they are bilingual which is and added bonus. My packages have always been picked up and delivered on time, and the driver calls me to notify me when they have arrived. I will continue to use Planete Courrier as my local Montreal delivery service.

  Their driver change packages size and I got over charge for it. Their system doesn’t show right price at checkout than they over charge you afterward. All this happen 3 weeks ago, I’d call an spoke to 3 persons there an no one has gone back to me. I will be closing my account with them, been a client there for over 5 years. Had better service before they got bought out.

  Terrible service. Lost my package. Order nº5248386. I left very detailed instructions however delivery person simply dropped the package in front door and left. They were surprised to learn it disappeared! Delivery person didn't even make the simplest or smallest effort to knock on door, use phone 2 inches from door nor call the receiver. Please use a more reliable service like Fedex or UPS.
