I have been seeing Valery for few years now and she have always been extremely helpful. Valery is very attentive to your needs, professional and passionate about her work. Her office is extremely clean and the location is convenient. I have back pain due to poor posture and i often have knots in my back. I've had instances of pain and discomfort and Valery is able to immediately alleviate the pain and made me feel great again. She also shows me how to do some exercises at home to strengthen my back which are very helpful.

I would recommend Valery to anyone, you will not be disappointed in the care and service you receive.

I've had three previous chiropractors and none compare to Valery! Extremely detailed and knowledgeable in her assessments with a wonderful range of approaches in treatment. I always leave her office feeling clear and refreshed, with excellent results that last. Highly recommend for acute or chronic ailments. She was also great in handling my very nervous teenager when I brought him in for assessment.

I visited Tonika Clinique for my upper back and neck pain. Valery is a great professional - she is very patient, communicates everything in detail and doesn't force any treatment on you. If you feel uncomfortable with certain adjustments she will always find a suitable alternative that works for everyone.
After several visits my back was feeling a lot better as the pain reduced drastically, if I hadn't moved away from Montreal I would definitely continued my session with her. Highly recommend!
