Homeocan and their products make false claims and their customer service is below the industry standard. I tried the Fatigue, Hay Fever and Tinnitus products. None of them provided any effect. Basically sugar pills. When I called customer service to get a refund for these items they said “no”. No reason why, other than they can’t sell it to others. They did want me to return the unused product. Looks like this company is mostly interested in making money rather than health or customer experience. Buyer beware!!

Ordered Calcarea Phosphorica 6X, received Calcarea Phosphorica 12X , Noticed wrong product after one month use. Will not buy from them anymore. How can I trust any of their products. See attached pictures.

my package arrived with one of the essential oils leaking all over the place; they didn't wrap or secure it properly so buyer beware. When it came time to discuss this they were very rigid with their policies and were not willing to compromise with exchange and would not allow for a refund so they have lost my business for good.

I have owned a health food store for 15 years and never received worse customer service in my life than from Homeocan. After doing 15 years of business with Homeocan as a distributor the owner would not even speak to one of his long time customers after over charging me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Boiron, Unda and Dr. Reckeweg would be much better options.

My experience with Homeocan has been excellent. The products, which are homeopathic, work wonders for my family. The children never fight taking the medicine because of the delicious Kids 0-9 flavors! The whole family is a big fan! Thank you, Homeocan
