Does not answer the phone. Have been disconnected many times. I can not leave a voicemail as inbox is full. Service technicians lost my 'key' for the nuts on my tires at pick-up time and accused me of not providing it at time of drop off. Did not mention any rust that was forming on the rims of my tires (ie. was not paying attention to detail/care) for 3 years of tire-rotation services. Don't think i will come back. Far too many other places to give my business to.

Service not received. Lost the day because they kept the car for 7 hours and haven't changed tires without any appologies at the end of the day. They used to be ok but apparently not anymore. The lady at the counter is really rude. May be a new management or something. Anyways, will try other shops and will warn my friends and the public. Too bad for tiremag.

If you are looking to waste all day and in the end not get serviced, then go to Tiremag. Otherwise, I highly recommend you to find another place. I was quite unimpressed by their rude and unprofessional approach. Terrible.

They will do anything with tires and rims. Anything from tire changes, to install to a small nail patch. Awesome service, selection and knowledge of tires.

Wasted a week of my time, ordered a tire and Steve came out looked at it and wrote the size down (295/25/r22) said you will have it Monday. Called Monday no tire, told it will be Tuesday and it was my fault for not reminding him. Called Tuesday was told that it will be there 100% Friday. Called Friday was told that for my car the fronts are a different size (265/25/r22) but they don't have it either. My car did not come with 22's factory how would they know what size goes on the front?

Wasted my time, would not recommend them for special orders.

Steve always does his best to give you a good deal. That said, he won't sell you rubbish if you're on a budget, just the cheapest and best option he can come up with.
You may end up spending a long time there to get winter tyres fitted but it's due to the demand and nothing else.
Highly recommended.

Called there to inquire about spacers for my car a couple times, the first time was helpful Had nothing in stock and recommended I call his sister store. I called and was left with disappointment so I called back to see if he can give me some more information.

When I called back and the same man I spoke to was blunt and rude with me, replying with one syllable answers, "yep, yep, nope, k" as if he was wanting me to get off the phone. So I did.

Overdrive in Kitchener is the place I ended up buying my spacers. The guy was amazingly helpful. Not only did he take the time to listen to me, he recommended products, ordered them, and even offered to deliver them.

As for Tire-Mag. Poor customer service, if you tried hard enough you'd have got my sale, my money, and my satisfaction.

Been here a couple of times. They changed all four of my tires for a good price. Really excellent staff. They won't try to suck you dry because when I came in for low tire pressure and had to come back again the next day because the problem persisted, they did not charge me on top of the day before. Which was very generous. I'll be coming here whenever I have a problem with my tires.
