The tires Guys are Great! I needed a tire for an Atv to be swapped and Canadian Tire said it could not be done, and sent me to St Onge. St Onge wanted to charge me an hour of labour and some cost over $130. Not only did the Tire Guys changed the tire By Hand!!! they included an 8inch tube cause tire had a hole on the inside! Thanx Again Boyz Cost $25bucks

I paid for used rims which the experts there looked up on the computer they said it would fit my car when I got them home I realized it was a completely different bolt pattern. I took the tires and rims back to them and told them what was going on and they said that I needed to get them my original receipt because he didn't remember me from the day before. He was disrespectful and dishonest. When I returned with my receipt he told me that they would put the correct set of rims on my tires. When I went back and got my rims they were disgusting they were the worst rims I could ever think that I would get. Looked like they came out of the dumpster. He didn't give me any of my money back as an inconvenience. This place is literally the worst place I've ever dealt with. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Canada Revenue Agency for telling their customers that they can avoid paying taxes if they bring cash. They are lying thieves DON'T EVER GO HERE.

Very bad customer service , bought a used set of tires , tires had issues and the shops road force machine was broken( wouldnt change tires or offer any kind off solution Went to "new to you tires" service was amazing and the tires i got there have no issues with them affecting driving and safety do not go here

The Tire Guys are without a doubt, the best in town for fast and reliable service. Prices are reasonable and their technicians are properly trained. It was important to me that I didn't have to worry about wheel or vehicle damage when I brought my car there for a seasonal change over.

Horrible experience with the tire guys. My husband and I bought used winter tires for his car to save some money. It wasn't quite winter yet so the tires seemed fine. After a few weeks when we got snow the tires performed horribly. We had someone look at them and they said it should have been illegal for the tire guys to sell us those tires because of how old they were. Of course when we bought the tires they didn't show them to us. When we called to see if they would refund the $300 we spent they said 'sorry it's past the 10 day warranty.' What a joke! We went to active green and Ross and bought new tires and had to throw out the tires we bought from the tire guys. Thanks for nothing.

I went here for many years and had great experiences. I even recommended them to friends, family, and coworkers. After my last experience though, I will never be going there again.

I've always understood that they work on a first-come, first-served basis, and allow for up to several hours to sit there and wait. The last time I went there though (to have my off-rim winter tires put on), for some reason I kept getting bumped. Every time a new customer came in, I got pushed further down the line. I ended up waiting three and a half hours to have my tires swapped, and was their last customer of the day. I paid and went out to my car, to discover that my car had been parked out in the rain with all of the windows left open. When I got inside I discovered why: someone had been smoking in my year-and-a-half year old non-smoking car!! Disgusted, I started to drive awayand then all four of my tire pressure sensors started to sound the alarm. When they didn't reset, I drove to the closest gas station and checked all four tires at the compressorall of them were grossly under inflated. I topped them back up and drove away, and three out of four of the sensors reset.

I went back for my retorque the next morning, voiced my concerns, and informed them that my one tire pressure sensor wasn't working properly. I was simply told to take it to my dealership because they likely had to reset it (even though that had never been a problem with this car before). Just great. I later discovered several items missing from my car, and while I can't conclusively say the Tire Guys staff took them, I know the items were in there when I went, and the items were gone when I went looking for them the next afternoon. And outside of that one appointment, I had been the only one with access to my car (and no, my car was not broken into and is always locked).

When I went to another tire shop in the spring to have my tires swapped again (like hell I was going back to The Tire Guys after that experience), I found out that my tire pressure sensor wasn't broken, it was gone! It had never been swapped into the new tires along with the other three. I've since had to pay to replace my lost items, pay to replace a missing tire pressure sensorneedless to say, I will never go back there, nor will I send anyone else there. Terrible experience.
