As soon as I gave them my credit card to pay for the laminate, the customer service ceased to exist. Would NOT recommend doing business with them.

If I could I would give them 0 stars as that was the level of service was that provided by this "business" I use this term loosely as business is a customer orientated entitie. Absolutely disgusted by how my older grandmother was treated by these people. They took her deposit via a credit card and then proceeded twice to not be able to find her account and rudely call and implied that it was some how our fault after we had been in to the store twice. Poor customer servicewhile we were standing and waiting for they're poor service we over heard another account while was in similar disarray, payment was lost and the gentlemen were waiting for a long period of time to even be able to take the product for installation.

They have done great job installing the carpet at my place, however transition from carpet to laminate floor they glued a piece wood the door won't close; and they left all their garbage for me to clean.

I go here as a teacher for their "end of roll" cuts-- incredibly cheap (1/4 the price of other places) and friendly service!

Actually, we always used this company on several projects and all was always very good quality, good workmanship and vey good service. The price also was better than elsewhere. We had only one hiccup with one installer and that was remedied. So I would recommend this company and we will use them again. Thanks.

Not impressed! An appointment was made..time set, and repeated.
No show! I phoned after waiting an hour.she had FORGOTTEN,
My time is worth just as much as hers!

I've enjoyed working with the company, they were clean and quick with installation and the service made me feel like they truly wanted me to enjoy years of use from the laminate I had put in. I will definitely be going back!! Thanks Mike!!

Tip Top Carpet One fraudulently with held $5,000 from me and refused to pay me, I was financially unable to file a lawsuit against them in time so they got away with it! They are not members of the BBB and have several complaints. Do not work for or do business with them!
