We went to Jags last week after searching all over the lower mainland for a theatre sofa for our son. We were pleasantly surprised at the large selection of these type of sofas. Manjeet was extremely helpful and the price ( although what seemed high in the beginning) was very negotiable. The delivery was prompt, friendly and on time. Other stores were 12 weeks away. Definitely recommend Jags Abbotsford! We will be back when it's time to replace our furniture upstairs.

The service is amazing. The staff wasn't looking for the cash but they were looking at what will work in the space of your house. Manjeet was very helpful in figuring what would look good in our house and what would fit in our price range. She was kind and wasn't pushy on us buying the expensive products. Manjeet showed us the best quality furniture for less.

Staff was friendly but not pushy. Purchased 4 x theatre recliners which we'd been looking for, for a while but couldn't find reasonable valued recliners anywhere. The seats were on sale and then the staff even took off a percentage as we purchased four, and then threw in free delivery which was awesome.
I love the warranty as well. 5 years for $300, and if you don't use it, you can spend the $300 in store. Awesome, as our last theatre suite had issues of semi collapsing near the inner frame after 2 years.
The delivery drivers dropped off the recliners right into our basement room with no extra charge, and unpackaged and removed all of the waste and boxes.
We also had a follow up call to ensure everything was going okay with the purchased items. Customer service was great all round.
Couldn't ask for a better purchase, and definitely recommend these recliners and Jags Abby to anyone.

Went to Jags a few weeks ago with the intent of just looking around so we could compare with other stores. Ended up walking out with an order for a beautiful couch. The sales assistant was amazing and didn't try to up sell us on couches that wouldn't work for us, always kept our needs a priority.
Delivery was quick and were now enjoying are fantastic new couch!

I bought new furniture for my home in the middle of June - what a wonderful experience to shop and be a customer at Jags Furniture in Abbotsford, BC I want to say Thank You to the knowledgeable and professional staff at Jags Furniture and for the delivery and set up of my furniture. I, without a doubt would highly recommend Jags to all my family and friends - their showroom is amazing - their prices are affordable and the customer service is a five star rating. Great store. I buy everything from here. Beautiful furniture and reasonable prices for what you're getting. Very designer quality contemporary look. Can't be beat. Joe sales manager helped us to choose right furniture items and he is very friendly .

Best experience, we went in with a color theme, Jag helped us pick the right furniture for our new house. The store had a great selection to chose from, everything was all trendy and updated. The staff there was very welcoming and friendly. The delivery staff was professional and friendly as well. We love every piece we purchased. The furniture makes our house look very modern. Will be recommending Jag's to all our friends and family.

Had a great experience at Jag's furniture abbotsford. Did a lot of shopping around and at the end it was Jag's furniture where we bought all our furniture from. We assumed that going straight to a brands retail store would be the cheaper option but no that wasn't the case. Jag's furniture had the price beat by a good margin and everything was delivered sooner then expected. From my experience, I do advise you to stop by Jag's furniture to save time and money!

A sale person pushed us to buy a dinning set within one hour before the sale period is finishing. AFTER I paid it in full, they gave us a sheet that says it is final sale. When I asked within an hour that I don't want it, they said that is your problem and no way to stop the sale. I came back the following week and the sale was going on without ending. Essentially the sale person lied to me about the sale period that is going to end. There is no end on sale items. I also found that two of my chairs were ordered from Ashley at the regular price of Ashley and If I were buying them directly from Ashley I had a chance of return. When I talked to the owner (JAG), he told me the sale person used a routine sale trick (not lied to me) similar to other stores by telling me that if I don’t buy it now the sale will end in the same day. He hang up the phone on me while I was saying about my experience. Not recommended if you are expecting a professional and honest staff. Please ignore what they call Sale, It is probably the regular price with no end. Please also check other stores including Ashley to make sure you are not scammed by them (My experience was at the United Blvd Coquitlam BC store).

Our family have been customers of Jag's for years, having purchased several pieces from the Abbotsford location. Given our past experiences, including a great recent experience at their Langley location, my Mom decided to return to the Abbotsford location on the hunt for a leather sofa and love seat.

She felt that the entire experience was rushed and aggressive. The associate helping her was reluctant to provide pricing information and wouldn't disclose the end date for their current sale. She was able to place a cash deposit to hold the price, but the associate drafted a bill of sale for the item, despite being told that she was not ready to purchase the items in question.

After returning today to collect our deposit (as we found a sofa and love seat from another retailer), the Management team began to argue with me about our choice to go elsewhere. Berating potential customers for choosing to take their business elsewhere is a fantastic way to ensure that they don't ever return. There's something to be said for loosing the sale gracefully and encouraging people to return in the future. At the end of the day, furniture can be purchased anywhere. Providing a fantastic customer experience is what drives people to purchase from one retailer over another and is ultimately why we chose to purchase elsewhere. After what I experienced today, I'll have no problem encouraging my family and friends to avoid purchasing from your chain in the future

REALLY BAD FURNITURE!!! The sodas are SOO BAD I got a full sofa set, and 3 months later they started ripping. Don't waste ur money here. Really disappointed.

i purchased italian fabric sofa set spent so much money, some parts of the fabric have faded or have been ruined with in a year. The stitching is starting to rip off. This sucks, we have to keep fixing the stitches. These guys sell junk. My family and I will never go back to them.

Waiting on a conflict resolution before giving my ratingmost of the transaction has been very good. Dealt with both Roop and Rosy and they definitely know their products and delivered excellent customer service. Only issue is that the sectional I bought was supposed to come with wall hugging recliners on both ends and it turns out after delivery that they are not wall huggingspoke with the manager Garry and currently waiting on his solution.

I will update this good or bad depending on their resolution.

Bought a couch from there when I moved out of my parent's house. Spent my savings on a couch. They delivered, looks great. Now , my black couch leaks black coloring over everything; blankets, pillows, my pants.. Im stuck with it now. As a nursing student, and I cant afford another one. I called them and got a run around all they said was someone would contact me.never happened
