  What I am grateful for this company is that they arrived quickly for an emergency flood and assessment was thorough (albeit very sketchy in what they wrote off). They even managed to hire folks to repair our home during the xmas holidays which made us hopeful and our relationship started amicable.
  However, my rating is low because we are still delayed completion months after we were promised. The house is worse off than it was before the flood. There are three pages of deficiencies to get through. Perhaps you think us picky in what a deficiency is but the pictures we have would surprise you. To get a scope of work from them took 6 months despite nagging (phone, email & text) the project manager, his assistant, the general manger, and the insurance adjuster. They are simply passing us off as "those angry homeowners" at this point and we are no longer priority (i.e. no longer a money maker for them). The only saving grace for them is that their staff is not the direct cause of the most serious issues we've had. Since we weren't able to choose this company (due to insurance), my advice is to document/email/text instead of (or in addition to) phone call or they will not be accountable for anything. And second piece of advice is to NEVER leave your house unattended with the folks they subcontract.

  watching what is happening to my friends, fire in November, then service master was contracted to do the work of repairing the building. Now July
  still very little has been done..promised 1 year until they get back in. Looks like it could be well into the new year. This is crazy, as an outsider looking in and listening to the pain the owners are going through, makes me sad for them and angry at service master. Would never remind this company.

  Emergency water damage . called at late hours to repair. Team came in. Very professional . Paid keen attention to detail . Highly recommend .

  I was very impressed with Jim who came in to check out some water damage in our home. He was very kind and professional and explained the process to us well. I would recommend the Fraser valley team.
