Great customer service and huge selection here! They made me feel welcome and helped me with all my renovation needs. I was very picky and fickle with choosing what flooring I wanted but Ali finally helped me choose the exact vinyl that matched great with the media system! Check them out before going to big retailers who don't specialize!

THIS GUY IS HORRIBLE SOLD ME TILES AND DELIVERED THE WRONG ONES AND WOULD NOT ADMIT IT OR RETURN IT!!

Bought very expensive tiles and we have nothing to show for it.
You can see the impurity of the granite.

I would not doubt if half the positive reviews are left by his own staff or family.

In September 2017 my wife and I decided to renovate our current kitchen with new backsplash and quartz countertop. After being frustrated with the lack of customer service at big box stores, I found a coupon for Tilemart in the monthly coupon book. The customer service we received from the beginning of our project to the end was excellent. From choosing the products that worked for us, working around my work schedule, to speedy and profession install. I would recommend Tilemart in Abbotsford.

Up to now I had to go into Burnaby from Chilliwack. Tile Mart gave me an excellent option closer to home. Not only do I save time but I get good customer service. They helped me find the tiles I needed at a competitive price.

Beware of this place. Purchased tile for a kitchen backsplash and was told it would take at least 2 days to install and paid $1025.00 for the installation portion. I admit I was foolish to pay the whole bill before the work was done. The actual time it took the installer to install the backsplash was 3 hrs. on the first day and then 1 hour another day to grout the tile, for a total of 4 hours. When we complained that we felt we overpaid we were told that there was nothing they could do because that was the price that we agreed to and if we didn't like their price then we should have gone elsewhere. Yes we did agree with that price, but were paying for two days work not 1/2 day. Since it is their business to install backsplash they should know about how much time it takes to install the 32 sq. ft of tile that we needed. There is nothing usual about our kitchen. So we took his word for it when he told us that it was a lot of work, to measure and cut and install the tile and it would take two days. We did not think that it would be a 3 hr day and a 1 hr day. So we were definitely taken advantage off. Beware of what the guy behind the counter tells you because he is not an honest guy. Plus we were charged PST as well as GST on the total bill. PST is not owed on labour charges. He had no explanation for this. Totally ripped off at this place. Learn from our mistake, never ever pay for work that is not done yet!!!

I been buildings homes for last 25 years and bought tiles from all three locations. these guys knows their products. you won't find better selection and price any where else. they have all type flooring in stock and they open 7 days a week. for custom homes I send my clients here and they deliver products to the site. Brutal.Owner was really good at talking us into buying tile before we were totally ready. He seemed very knowledgeable about tile. We only bought the tile because he said we could return it if we had too much. After the contractor came out to look at our job, we had a design change and did not need all the tile. So we went back to the store BEFORE we even picked up the tile and said we needed less tile. We were told that there were no refunds on our purchase, not even a restocking fee (even though we had never even taken delivery yet) as it was a special order. Not sure what constitutes "special" order, but again we were advised the tile was in stock but in another store and would be delivered to the Abbotsford location. Bottom line is that we have double the tile that we need, unfriendly staff to deal with upon pick up and will NEVER EVER EVER shop here again. Owner is untrustworthy..buyer beware!

I had a fantastic experience and the store today. Came in looking for something very specific for a art project for school. I only needed a couple of tiles and was fully expecting to pay full price but instead of charging me, the kind owner donated the two granite tiles. Thank you so much and you have for sure won my business when we begin our kitchen and bathroom renovations.

Worst customer service, rude, vulgar. Avoid going here, you will be overcharged and verbally abused. Would never recommend anyone to go here. Return policy is nonexistent so dont believe them if they say they will return unused items. These guys need a wakeup call on how business shoukd be conducted. I would give these FOBS big fat zero in stars!!!! BEWARE!!!
