  Always crowded, long waits. Staff cuts and complaints by staff a sign of continuing deterioration. It has been going downhill for three years, shows no improvement.

  Lovely staff, terrible service. Wrong labels, couldn't draw blood, made appointments and when I showed up was told the staff member had left for the day. Wouldn't use again or recommend.

  Surprisingly friendly staff (this is LifeLabs after all). Weekday mornings are extremely quiet. I was able to drop a urine sample in 10 mins.

  Not the friendliest staff, but I didn't have a long wait, which was nice :) The woman who drew my blood did a great job and managed to hit my historically tricky veins on the first shot. Although it's kinda weird that the drop off for 'bathroom samples" is outside the washroom (by several feet) so people can see you dropping it off.

  I arrived at 7:05 am on a weekday and received prompt, professional service: in and out in 15 min despite 5 people ahead of me.

  Unless you make an appointment ahead (which I strongly advise) you may often have a VERY long wait depending on what day and time you arrive.

  I've never had to wait so long for anything. Staff spent more time sitting around gossiping with each other than they did doing any actual work. My advice is to find any other lab unless you have all day to waste waiting.

  My Wife had some tests done here,and She didn't have to wait a long time. The Staff really do try to move things along quickly.
