The Water Guys were quick to respond to our inquiry, and rose to the challenge of our unique water needs without delay. The technicians were courteous, effecient and helpful. They cleaned up after installation; something many people seem no longer inclined to do! Much appreciated. Great system, fast turnaround, and friendly, polite service.👍

good service providers are pretty rare these days but the technician and apprentice that showed up to my house did an excellent job, were very nice and professional, and did exactly what i needed them to. 10/10 would recommend this company

It’s so refreshing to be able to find a company that genuinely provides consistently superb customer service and satisfaction. Although we live in BC and they are in Ontario, I would recommend The Water Guys North to anyone no matter where you’re located in Canada. Their experience and expertise are an asset for professionals and DIYers. Questions, not a problem; they promptly return calls and patiently walk you through any queries and issues you might encounter prior to or during an installation. Their products are top of the line. Based on our particular needs, Darren custom fabricated a pump stand and this was completed the same day our order was placed and was shipped the following day. Can’t beat that!

Can't say enough about the gentlemen who fixed our no water issue in the late evening hours in the midst of winter. Darin took my call at 7pm and made no hesitation to break into his following day schedule to help us out. During his visit, they determined frozen water lines and got to work. They had us up and running within a couple hrs, even installing some heat trace to prevent any future issues. Great customer service and professionalism, I 100% recommend their services!

Total Pros! Darin and his installation crew did a top quality job installing our new pump, VFD and filter system for our new well. He and his tradesmen were polite, professional and went over and above the call of duty to get'er done. Darin is pretty good at splicing coax too.;) I would recommend Darin and his crew to anyone wanting a totally professional installation done for a reasonable price.
