The staff are very professional and very prompt to my enquiry. Very friendly, and asked all the appropriate questions for the service I required. They kept me informed of their progress, and ultimately did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them for any investigative work.

The Smith Investigation Agency is the worst! We would never use them again! They only retrieve information you can get yourself free just by googling, or pay $46 on a site like truthfinder for 2 mths of investigation!, Or Checkmate. Smith charges a huge fee and returns little results. If questioned on their lack of information, they are unprofessional and than refuse to issue a refund.

My family has a delicate situation with a narcissist so we fear for her well being and the Granbabies. We had used an other investigator that was only ok so after a lengthy conversation( 45 minutes) with the Smith group
we thought we could get some help. We explained in an email what we had learned from the prior investigator . So after having lots of info in hand we thought we would get more info as they knew our starting point. we waited several weeks with no reply so we called to check and they said that these things take time and they are doing a check. SO AFTER WE PAID OUR 900 DOLLARS WE GOT A LINKEDIN PICTURE AND A RUDE REPLY THAT THIS WAS ALL THEY COULD FIND????? We questioned the charge because we had already given them this info and more as a starting point. THEY WERE AGAIN RUDE AND HAD NO EMPATHY FOR OUR SITUTATION. SO 900 BUCKS TO LOOK UP A LINKEDIN PROFILE????
