If I could give Affan and his team more than 5 stars I would. We have had a few different issues with our nearly brand new roof over the last 2 years and we can always count on them to help us out. They do an amazing job explaining the issue and the suggested repair, they are always on time and get the job done quickly too. We even had an issue with bees on our roof and they took care of them before repairing the part of the roof where the nest was. Incredibly professional and I’d recommend them to anyone I know.

Had some shingles fly off recently during stormy weather - I searched for reputable roof repair companies in the area, and called the roof medic. They showed up on the same day for a quote and did the repair in the same visit. Super professional, efficient, responsive, and I would gladly use this service again. This is the second time we have used Roof Medic to repair our roof. Affan is professional and responsive. The work he did a few years ago still stands strong. This time he replaced 18 of our shingles that were old. He took video of the roof and showed us the missing or damaged shingles, and gave us a reasonable quote. He and his team were able to fix the shingles right away. He then took another video to show us all the repairs. The price is fair and the customer service was great. Will definitely use Roof Medic again and highly recommend them.
