  I called Metro Roofing late one evening after noticing damage at the corner of my roof caused by squirrels. I didn't expect to hear from anyone that evening, but Tony called just before 10pm - impressive. I sent him photos of the damage which he assessed and provided a price. He came the next morning (again, impressive), did the work as outlined for the price quoted. He noticed another concern with the flat roof section of the house where squirrels could also get in and wreak havoc - he fixed this no charge. He expressed concern with the condition of the flat roof section (which I knew about - the flat roof has had issues in the past). He outlined details for repairs which would provide a long-term fix and gave me a quote. The flat roof is now fixed and appears to be holding up quite well in the heavy rainfall that has occurred lately. Thanks very much to Tony for his professionalism and quick response with these repairs. Much appreciated.

  METRO ROOFING'S WARRANTY IS USELESS. THEY WILL NOT COME BACK IF THERE'S A PROBLEM - THEY WON'T EVEN RETURN YOUR CALLS.
  
  These guys change their address a lot. When they did my roof, their business address was in Ajax.
  
  I live near Queen & Spadina. These clowns replaced my flat roof in 2006, and I've had problems with it since day one. I've contacted Metro Roofing SIX times since then (by phone, by email - I even went to their office in person, only to find an empty room). I tried everything to give them a chance to fix their bad work, and they ignored me. You can see my full review on Homestars from 2012.
  
  I just found their 4 star review on Google and literally laughed out loud.
  
  BAD roof, BAD sheet metal work. ZERO customer service. ZERO follow up. And a completely useless "warranty." DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
  
  They took $10K of my hard earned money and it has cost me TWICE that much to clean up their mess.

  Metro roofing had a pro team installing house flat roof approx 8 years ago; i contacted owner recently when noticed some water coming over flat roof. Tony an owner, drove by my house to check out the problem during a rainfall; he contacted me that the repair will be done as soon as there was dry weather. The team showed up last week, repaired, and Voila! Problem solved! The roof was "tested" by the enormous rain/hail storm we had yesterday. They honoured their warranty; Metro roofing inc.(Ajax) attitude and workmanship is professional as i expected it would be.

  David in Markham - We had contracted Metro Roofing to repair a flat roof on a residential property we own and a commercial building we lease out. They did a thorough job and we haven't had any issues since, we would definitely use them again as they were prompt and dependable.
