I love Rosebay, the flowers are always gorgeous and last a long time. You can tell a lot of time goes into their work. I normally go in just for flowers at home and I believe her name is Mikayla (I apologize if it isn't) knows what I'm looking for everytime I come in. Everytime I've bought for other people they adore the arrangements!

I was very unhappy with the product & the service I received. The person I spoke to said it was our fault for not being clear as to what I wanted & they were not going to resolve the issue. Very disappointed in customer service & will not be ordering there again!

Terrible experience with this florist! They took advantage of my mom! she ordered me a bouquet for my birthday - straight off their website - only requested that a few of the flowers be purple instead of pink. But the arrangement that arrived was totally different from what she ordered and paid for. It was much smaller and had fewer flowers than the arrangement shown online. And some of the flowers were already wilting! My mom contacted the owner, even provided photos to back up her claims, and the owner brushed her off. The owner said it was a 'lovely bouquet'. Wouldn't even address the fact that it was much smaller than what my mom paid for. She basically told my mom 'tough shit'.
I can't believe the terrible customer service at this place! I think they figure that because my mom is from out of town, they can take advantage of her! Definitely don't waste your money here!!

Rosebay Florists provided the flowers for our August long-weekend wedding in Kelowna, where everything went off without a hitch. They created the most beautiful bouquets, boutonnières and centre pieces, that were truly one of a kind and that far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Rosebay Florist to anyone needing flowers for a special event!! Thanks again, we absolutely loved the flowers!
