I originally took the love of my life to the mufflerman Woodstock because I needed just the back half of the muffler( everyone else tried to get me to purchase the entire exhaust) Bill ,the owner actually listened to me and did exactly what I asked after making his own inspection. Since then Bill and his team have been helping me restore my 23 year old Jeep tj. Bill has been EXTREMELY helpful in this process and always honest ,,and at times funny to a sometimes stressful process. I'm not great at letting alot of people touch my rig but Bill and his guys have made it easy for me to let some of the control go. They are my go to guys now ,,,whether they want me or not 🤣

Bill Wilson (the owner) took my truck, with a dragging tailpipe in the shop, gave me a quick estimate, then removed the rotted pieceand tightened loose bolts! Got me back on the road quickly! No charge! What an awesome place! Everyone there is extremely helpful and knowledgeable!!!

Very impressive this place, I just love hanging out in their waiting area, happy customers all round, a very good sign. Mufflerman was my regular mechanic's suggestion when it came time to have my car e-tested. Since then there have been multible times where at a moments notice the amazing team at the Woodstock location have kept my old car roadworthy. I was always well informed and felt the efforts of the persons working there were sincere. Money well spent.

Had a great experience here. Was recommended to take my vehicle here by the dealership after a suspected exhaust leak. The staff was great! Very friendly, knowledge and quick service. I would highly recommend this location.

Excellent service! Little repairs made at no charge. Very honest and fast service. Already wrote to their head office to say how excellent Woodstock Mufflerman is.
Bill is amazing at Customer Servicehe should run a course for anyone in the service industry. Sitting in the waiting room listening to him interact with customers best I have ever seen anywhere. From the elderly who aren't sure what they want to younger customers to Moms with kids in towjust a master at making his customers feel listened to, honestly treated and that he and the team are doing their extra best for you haven't been anywhere ever like it!response / report this review -

Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and always does their best from e-tests to tire rotations to repairs to brakes to diagnosis. I'm never worried about being overcharged. The shop is tidy. Coffee is always hot. I always drive away happy.

Its hard to find a shop that has staff that you recognize year after year. I always get my emission testing done here and find them to be honest and fair in the work they do.

Excellent service, every time. You wouldn't think a franchise / chain repair shop would be able to deliver excellent service, parts, and prices, but somehow Mufflerman woodstock manages to do just that. I have never made an appointment, and have been seen immediately. They truly understand what needs to be repaired now vs what will need repairing eventually. The prices are always fair, and I have never been shocked when the bill is delivered.
