  I found this clinic to be extremely professional, with kind hearted helpful clinicians. They addressed all of my questions and concerns in a respectful manner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for solutions to hearing loss.

  One of my daughters symptoms were funny sounds in one of her ears. My wife and I were very worried about it. We called and they set up an appointment in an efficient and respectful way. The staff was so courteous. The audiologist checked my child and explained us in a very kindly manner the situation. Thanks to her our daughter got the treatment and overcame the issue. I want to express my acknowledgements to the Hearing Loss Clinic staff in Shawville for exceeding our expectations in attention and professionalism.

  Great staff!!! I'm not sure how they scored poor before. The clinic was fantastic! They tested both of my kids ears. They were playful and kind with the girls so that the test was easy and tear free. They take your concerns seriously and were really quite informative. I was given helpful follow up information as well. (also $40 for a hearing test is a really good price)

  I'm extremely disappointed in the treatment towards my father-in-law when he had his appointment here. It's taken him years to admit to needing help with his hearing, and to have him tell us he had an bad experience here is disheartening. He said the staff were impatient, and when he had questions about hearing aids, the audiologist was rushed and dismissive as if his questions were dumb questions. He also said that he had asked her for a copy of his hearing test and was never given a copy either. It has been months now and he is still discouraged from going back or trying hearing aids. We will be doing more research in the future to find a professional that is more courteous and considerate!

  Ok, testing, but try to sell you a $100. hearing aid for $5,000. Don't have anything below $5,000. Also , they charge $40. for the hearing test.
  Terrible place.
