Best Dental office in South Calgary.

I'm a new patient here and it's been a great experience. Our whole family goes here now! The staff are great. Very attentive to your comfort. They are very flexible with the schedule, which helps us a lot. Office is very clean and nice. Actually been one of three best dental office I've been to in overall experience and esthetic. Highly recommend this place.

Jessica was my hygienist and she had a really sweet demeanour…Very thorough. Welcoming office atmosphere. Nestled in the middle of our communities (Silverado/Yorkville) so I can walk over.

Absolutely Amazing, and life changing experience with Doctor Holland, and Team at Silverado Dental Wellness. Excellent Customer service, very thorough in explaining my costs, and beyond expectation on my teeth, and health. I look forward to future work, and sincerely appreciate how fast you got me healthy and well with a brand new smile. The cost, worth every single penny.

Great people. I cracked my tooth and booked an emergency appointment. They were able to get me in the next day. They made me feel very comfortable and told me my options as well as the cost associated with each option. I ended up getting a crown. Dr. Desanti did great. From the temporary crown to the real crown I had no discomfort and very little sensitivity which was gone a few days after surgery. I also got two follow up pone calls from the clinic asking how I was feeling after the procedure. I will for sure be going back and will highly recommend them to my friends and family!

I was told this was the best place to go. I have to admit they did well with my kids. But when it was time for me to go and have some major work done, This is where it fell apart. I have 2 polices right now. I am trying to get them to put my work policy as primary and they refused to do so. So when it came time to find out the cost of the work I could not get an answer! Only one policy I could find out.
Bottom line is, My teeth are in poor condition because of dentist such as these. They don't truly care about the health of the patient (otherwise you would have worked with me)
They only care about how much can you get out of your clients pocket.response / report this review -

I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at Silverado Dental Wellness, and what a wonderful experience it was!! I heard so many horror stories about wisdom teeth removal, that I was rather worried about the outcome, but I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and everyone involved. I had a couple consults and every one was very kind, caring, and informative, even when I thought of a million extra questions at home and emailed, I always received a prompt reply. The day of my procedure was flawless and so easy, I was in and out in no time at all.all I remember is the IV sedation needle and then I was done! Super easy, no pain, not even swollen, and now a week later, I am completely back to normal. The entire process has been such a positive experience, and I highly recommend this clinic!

A dental hygienist by the name of Rae talked me into trying cleaning without any form of sedation or freezing . I simply put my faith in her and the word of a beautiful young lady, who also works at Silverado Dental Wellness by the name of Lindsey. And the rest as they say is history. You owe it to yourself to give these people and honest shot.!!!!!

You get booked with a different dentist everytime. I told them 4 times (over a 16 month period) about my tooth hurting and they did a bite adjust to fix it only only the 5th time to do an xray an realize I had a cavity. Because they waited so long I had to get a root canal. They took did a crown for the tooth and the impression didn't fit when they got it back. They had the lab make it again only for the dentist to out the tooth on crooked and then they had to make another mould to get the tooth remade. However, they didn't have my original shape tooth anymore so they had to use the temporary crown as the template. The temporary crown was not done well and had no demension to it. Now I have a flat tooth that bothers me everyday.
To top everything off, my dad went to get a root canal done yesterday and the dentist broke the drill bit off in his tooth. Now he is in pain and they scheduled him in two weeks with a specialist to have the metal drill bit removed from his tooth and finish the root canal. I called today on my dad's behalf and told them two weeks in unacceptable to have this fixed. They contacted the specialist and got him in tomorrow. Hopefully my dad doesnt have the crappy luck with his crown that I had.
Needless to say I'm not going back to this dental office again.
One positive note is the receptionists and office manager Andrea and Jenn are excellent and always a pleasure to deal with! Too bad the dentists are not very good. Dr. Holland is great, but he is only cosmetic/specialty so you can't see him as your regular dentist.response / report this review -

My daughter got her wisdom teeth removed here, healing took a left turn, but the staff at Silverado were right on top of it~thanks to that she is doing perfectly fine now.

I have never had such proactive, informative dental care! Rae, one of the dental hygienists, is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to explain the purpose behind what she's doing, asks questions to get to know your dental hygiene habits (I had no idea I was flossing incorrectly until she asked me to show her how I was flossing), and truly wants to ensure your teeth are healthy - both now and in the future. I'm so thankful for this clinic!
