  So I was searching salons in GP and found this salon and had high rates , I decided to give it a try , I had high lights in my hair in the past and want to add more and go lighter , I called this saloon the reciptionist is very pushy and ignorant she booked me with one of the colour experts !!!!
  However I went their and she put few orange high lights in my hair , I was unsatisfied and told her I wanted light not dark orange hair , she goes you need to do it again n I order to have the look I want , three appointment and I still have the dark hair !!!!
  I don't recommend this salon to any one. Waste of time and money

  Excellent service and experienced staff. A great place to go if you want advice and suggestions or want to get creative and do something new.

  The stylists at The Look are absolutely amazing! I can trust that my hair will suit my personality and my features. True artistry is a gift. Professionalism and creativity from Doug and his team is what you can expect every time.

  Booked to get blonde foils and a cut. Specifically asked for hair lighter. Hair looked even darker when done not lighter. Given the descreet look speech. Told I was un happy and rebooked to get it fixed. Tried to make me pay the full amount. I told them I wasn't comfortable paying the full amount for something I was not satisfied with. Stated I would pay some, but not all at the current time. Told me not to worry about it and pay when I came back. I had to reschedule my appointment and then next day was left a very unprofessional voicemail about them calling the cops on me because I didn't pay for a hair appointment! Was absolutely astonished because I am a professional person. They should be embarrassed! They clearly don't care about clientele and their only care is making a buck. I called back and I was told "oh we would have never actually called the cops" and the girl thought it was a big joke! I then stated I did not want to come back to a place like that and they asked me to come in and pay for half the cost of my hair. Looking back I should have gave them a dime for the stunt the pulled!

  I went in for a cut and highlights, I paid $200 and when I left I looked EXACTLY like I did when I got there. She called the highlights "subtle", no they just didn't exist at all! She couldn't even find them to point them out to me!!! And for the "cut" all she did was thin out my ends. It was bad, real bad. I've never been back since then and never will.
