The WORST massage I have ever had in my life. The whole experience was very unprofessional and left me feeling dirty rather then relaxed. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Definitely telling everyone I know about it and my horrible experience.

I always leave feeling beautiful. I've been a client of Brianne's for several years now and I was delighted to see that she's launched her own business Bee You Hair Boutique operating out of The Loft in Abbotsford. The new salon is airy and pretty and Brianne's skills just keep getting better and better. I have really fine hair that can be tricky to work with. Brianne's cuts leave me with volume and movement and a shape I can handle at home. I highly recommend her.

I usually just get my hair done by my favorite Stylist here, but today I went for a massage as well. As always I was not disappointed. The stylists and other staff are honest and talented. I highly reccommend and will be adding on a pedicure next time.

I went to the loft hair salon after my stylist Courtney moved there. I have always had a pleasant experience and always get what I ask for without problems. I feel they also have a good price point. I would deffinately reccomend to my friends and family.

Bad experience and when brought to the owner's attention, she appeared to be dismissive and defensive. Tried to have a rational conversation with her in order to try to fix the problem but she seemed to become very excited and emotional, so I ended up just giving up, paying my bill and leaving.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! I actually bled and had broken capillaries from their laser machine and went in to tell them and showed the laser technician the area. The laser technician was really nice and told me their laser is probably not suited for my skin type and said I could probably get a refund. I called back over a week later since I hadn't heard anything and talked to the owner who was SO RUDE! she said the technician told her I barely had a reaction and would NOT be giving a refund. I paid over $350! She said she was told a completely different story and even questioned why I came in earlier that day instead of the appointed time even though I called the staff ahead to confirm I could come earlier. Why does this even matter? DO NOT COME HERE THEY SEEM NICE AT FIRST BUT THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND THE OWNER DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.
