Worst place in mission . The nails are uneven and they cut cuticles , the staff needs to learn professionalism and skills to do nails , will not return.

I came back to this salon after the change in management. From my first visit on I have been very happy with how my nails have turned out. Great friendly service, no wait time for scheduled appointments and a great atmosphere! Thank you Tony and Heather you have a loyal customer in me!

Went here to get my nails done for prom the other week, just a very simple gel French manicure and pedicure, I felt awkward the whole time, then the next day I looked at them fully and they looked awful the gel didn't even cover my full nail, their were bubbles, and it looked like a slap on job. They look awful. So I came in today (my prom day) do get them fixed quick and the lady their threw me attitude the entire time and said there was nothing wrong with them then proceeded to talk in her language and call all her friends to stare at my nails, then took a picture of them. First of all, how rude, second of all, I will not be coming back.

I went for a lash and brow tint and being extremely fair skinned/haired I asked for light brown and told the person/owner that my eyebrows take on color very quickly. She told me everyone's hair is the same and left me for 15min + with the dye and now I have very dark eyebrows and am self conscious. When I told her they were too dark she said dark was better. Will NEVER go back.

After my last visit, I was so pleased to see that my nails stayed put, with no lifting or problems at all for 6+ weeks! I am sure that if my nails did not grow out, that the first set could have lasted at least another week. When I called for my second appointment, the person on the phone was very friendly and booked me for the first day and time that I requested. As before, I received pain-free, detailed, and efficient service (acrylic fill manicure) and my nails look fantastic once again.

I went there almost 3 months ago and I was just so disappointed and upset until now to say the least. The first time I went there I got myself a pedicure, and then they convinced me to get a gel/shellac manicure. I was very surprised that the lady there used electric drill on my long healthy and strong natural nails. But unfortunately I didn't say anything After 5 days I decided to take it off at home and to my surprise my nails were like thin as a paper, literally! So exactly 1week after I went back the second time and by this time it was a different lady. I told her that the other lady used electric drill on my natural nails. For my understanding you only use that for acrylic nails not on natural nails and plus it's only gel nailpolish. Her answer was that the reason why they do that so the gel will stick longer. I have done gels before and it lasted that long without drilling my natural nails. So I told her to do gel French tip without drilling so that I can just keep my long nails hard and won't break until I'm ready to chop them all off 😢. So now my nails didn't recover from that They're so short, chipped and just so ugly! Never will I go back to that salon ever 😞
I'm just missing my long healthy strong nails 😢

I went in yesterday the help was completely rude I had an awful experience and I was mistreated and the man doing my nails paid no attention to my talking to him. I felt I was paying food money..you could at least be nice to me. Huge attitude problem .I will never go back there

Just left after getting a gel manicure. two of my nails were crooked and the colour came out streaky- I was told I needed to pick a different colour. I picked the colour I wanted and if they knew the finished product is bad then it shouldn't have been an option. The next fix was just layering. I appreciate the effort it takes to do gel nails, but the final product was a WASTE OF MONEY!!
