  Rod put me at ease right away. He is very easy to talk to and never used any pressure tactics. He also got us the best possible deal in selling our house. Previous clients who recommended him highly to us were not exaggerating.

  Not only did Rod work strategically to find us a home in a difficult market, he was also personable and shared in our excitement. He even went out of his way to help us surprise our children with our home purchase! We are incredibly grateful for Rod's support and commitment to our home purchase and we recommend him highly.

  Rod is wonderful! He was recommended to us by co-workers who live in Abbotsford and he certainly lived up to our expectations. As first-time home buyers with no experience in the real estate market it was great having Rod to lead us through the process. He was knowledgeable about each home we saw and it's surrounding area. Rod gave his honest opinion as to which areas were ideal, areas that were in transition and areas to stay away from. With his guidance we scored our first home in the popular McMillan area for under list price. Rod is professional, easy to talk to and has a virtual Rolodex of trusted, local professionals for various home projects. We've recommended Rod to our family and would happily work with him in the future.

  We are moving from Toronto to the Fraser Valley. We got a hold of Rod through his website. He responded quickly and began sending us homes within mere minutes. When we made our trip out, he had several places picked out to show us and we found the perfect place. We were concerned about trying to find someone over the internet and with references in the area, but his testomonials were absolutely correct. We will always use Rod and would recommend him to anyone who asks us.
  PS: His website was of great help to us, it really made searching for homes very easy.

  DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! How many weeks does it take to call or email back ? This guy is NOT professional at all ! Don't even think he's an active realtor anymore. I wouldn't even give him a star but had to.
