  The staff have always been pleasant however when asked if u price match (because ur prices are way above other places.. like 15 dollars a 1g cartridge more) I was told you do then when I pulled up the price I was met with excuses as to why they couldn't price match with this popular local businesstotally fine if u don't price match but don't tell customers you do.also people should know they are paying way more then they need to be for the very same products at other locals dispensaries.

  The Joint on Vic is the Only Place I'll be taking my business to. You can't ask for more Welcoming, Knowledgeable Staff!! Prices are better than most places too!! Need and Absolute Expert? See Chris for the best advice and recommendations.

  Worst inventory management of ANY company I have ever dealt with EVER. I wrote out my list of choices, 8 of them, when I get to the store 10 minutes later they do not have a single 1of the 8 in stock. Disgusting level of unprofessionalism. I suggest you hire way better IT staff?

  I always feel welcome and comfortable when I have to visit the store. Staff are extremely helpful and nice. Also,always appreciate a good price!

  What used to be the biggest selection of good cheap glass, turned into a very small selection of over priced typical dispensary stuff. I really loved the old store, but it definitely is not the same as it was. It feels like Regina lost one of the only good glass stores.

  I enjoyed this store when it first opened a few years back . Now there is new staff that know nothing about any of the products in the store , and now you’re not allowed to touch anything even if I’m going to buy it ? Hard to buy certain things when I can’t inspect them before I purchase , especially when the employee is clueless . I can go to the grocery store and inspect my fruit before I purchase but I can’t touch anything here ? Ridiculous

  This place in no way should be considered as a tobacconist. So I don't know why they have tobacconist in the name above. They have zero selection of tobaccos and only a minuet few cigars. Very disappointed with the service as well.
  If it is vaping and glass that one is after then I am sure they can satisfy that need. But if it is tobacco you are after, don't waste your time. Go to Jade's.
