Does not seem to do maintained. Lots of garbage and broken outhouse. Very cool trees and boardwalk though!

Much smaller than anticipated, but worth the drive. Kids enjoyed going around the boardwalk several times. Outhouse, picnic table, and garbage can available.

Neat little spot in the middle of nowhere. Seemed pretty popular, there were 4 cars there when I arrived. It's a cool oddity, but unless you bring a picnic there isn't much to do besides the short boardwalk through the bush.

A small grove of trees that grow with crooked branches. Maintained by the local community. It has a very nice outhouse. :)

t can hardly be called a stand, as these trees are more learning than standing - a grove of aspens, warped and gnarled as if drawn by Doctor Seuss. Their rebellious nature is caused by a genetic mutation, causing the trees to grow erratically in all direction rather than skywards. However, there are some who believe the bizarre three-acre grove is the result of little green men or possibly the burial of a crooked lawyer. Whatever the cause of this twisted timber, it’s an impressive sight in any season and worth seeing in person at least once.

Really ridiculously out of the way. Bring good directions and be prepared to make a bunch of wrong turns. There aren't any signs except a small one and then a parking lot. Gorgeous grove and beautiful trees. If you can, visit in the late afternoon or early morning so the sun shines through the leaves, highlighting the curved tree trunks

All nature lovers need to come here and explore the wonders of this tiny patch of crooked trees! You can walk through it a hundred times and find a new interesting looking tree!

A totally unique experience witnessing what can happen when DNA goes rogue. (If that is what it is) Or is it true a UFO landed and changed something here. A wonderful mystery. It was certainly worth a side trip. Kudos to the owner/farmer who saw the unique site and kept it from going under the plow.

Very neat place. Could use some repairs. Not a lot of services and the road to reach this place would be unpleasant in poor weather. Glad we made the trip just to see it, but would not hang out for a long time here.
