  I really appreciated how quickly they responded and were able to come and take care of the wasps so fast. It has been a couple of weeks, and there is a drastic difference in the wasps around our home. They were quick and easy!

  We contacted The Bugman to set up rodent bait stations at our residential high rise complex. We were very impressed with this company. We contacted their office and spoke with Michelle. She was very polite and friendly and gave us several different options. She clearly explained each service and what was included and the price. After making several calls to other pest control companies The Bugman ended up being the best priced. We arranged for the company to come out and set up 8 bait stations. We were called by one of the companies technicians named Dylan to arrange a time for him to come out and assess the property for its needs. Dylan was on time and very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. Dylan explained the best locations to place the bait stations. Dylan answered all of our questions and gave us his contact information and told us that we could contact him if we had anymore questions. We were very impressed with this company. We would recommend The Bugman based on the excellent service we have recieved.

  I had the Bugman spray our back yard for wasps a couple of months ago. I was a bit skeptical it would work as we could not find a nest, just had a lot of wasps in and on the rock wall. However, it did work and the wasps haven't been back so far! It was a little pricey, but I like that their price included multiple sprays if necessary so that gave me some peace of mind and we haven't had to call them back yet. I think next year I will get them to do the front yard for spiders as well.
  One thing to note is that my emails to them sometimes went to junk and didn't get through so it's probably just best to call rather than email.

  This was our first experience dealing with carpenter ants. I called and was given lots of information of what the options were and the procedure for each option. We were able to get an appointment fairly quickly and was met with one of the employees right on time with a text message before arrival to give the heads up. Again, we talked about the options to make sure we were choosing the right one. The person performing the extermination was professional, informative and very friendly. Highly recommend. Their service is guaranteed with a 6 month warranty; we were told to expect a return visit given the way our ant problem was along our house.

  The response was quick. A great, painless and reasonably priced service. The girl did a great job and was very polite and friendly. The treatment of the silverfish seems to have been successful so far. Work guaranteed for 6 months. Thank you for the service. Would recommend Bugman to anyone.
