Recently while remodeling a condo in Auburn I called Dave from Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning to check out the unit purchased from them. Since it was only 8 months old I had no problem just wanted to know if the 10 yr warranty could be transferred to the new owner. It was a very nice heat pump and the ac is very comfortable. He said the warranty was transferable which will make the new owners pleased. Auburn can be rather warm. For the next condo, I remodel I plan to use Dave's team at Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning. He even checked outside to be certain the water from the unit was draining properly. Which it was. Great job Dave!

Dave and Omid installed my new furnace and A/C system with a humidifier and air cleaner. All done in a matter of hours. I went out for the evening, came home, and what a difference! The air in my house smells refreshing and I woke up without congestion.

We had gotten quotes for a new heating a/c unit from several companies. Spencer’s quote was right in line with what we had budgeted. Other companies were much higher.From day one we had a crew of three young men who were prompt, courteous, and able to answer any questions we had. Our job was big because we were replacing the old ducts and moving the old system out. The Pro-West Heating & Air Conditioning crew was at our home for four days. Each day they arrived early and put in a full day's work. We are so impressed with this company. Dave came out each day to oversee the work and solve any problems that arose. The best part is our new system is quiet and efficient and our bill was exactly what Dave had quoted. We couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning

We had a new HVAC system installed today to replace the old one. Dave and Omid were our technicians and they did amazing work. They showed up at exactly the promised time and were very mindful and respectful of our home, and our pets, and we recently planted azaleas.

WOW Is all I can say! We absolutely love our wine cellar that was designed and built custom for us. Everyone we worked with was great. Technician was great from beginning to end. Our house got held up and he made sure we got our cellar installed the day after close. The installers were super friendly and worked quickly. Not only is the cellar stunning it was very well priced. Thank you all!
