Commercial services.

We don’t have much knowledge about hiring a plumber and we think this idea was taken for granted by the plumbing company. Now that we know more than what we know then, it was very unfortunate to be actually honest of our innocence, sad to say. We had problems after the services was provided. Although it was finished, we were obviously still under warranty that’s why we called for help but only to be told that we can do it ourselves and eventually blocked our calls. Will never recommend nor use this company’s services again.

Comment update: In response to your reply, yes your company did provide the services to our commercial space. Check your emails where you sent invoices to us. Please don’t pretend you did not know. Unfortunately this is the way we have to communicate with you since you blocked us, our phone calls. If only we’ve known… your prices are way too high from the services you provided. With the skyrocket pricing you have, the least you could have done is come and check the leak but instead, you decided to tell us to do it ourselves. We ended up using another plumber for that specific issue and such plumber fixed it and nowhere near what you said you will do (which involves buying a certain part that doesn’t need to be bought and have us pay you more money). Your company is one of the reasons most of us, layman people lost our trust in hiring ‘professionals’ to do a certain job because of your gouging. Swindle in other words. Now we know. Lesson learned.

Used their services to complete preventative maintenance on my water softener and replace filters in my water filtration system. I thought these were things I could do myself but then quickly realized I was over my head. They came in and completed the job, including supply of extra filters and a tutorial on changing them myself. Very professional, on time, and very friendly. Won't hesitate to call them again.

We found a leak in the basement coming from the toilet above. I called Jacked up Plumbing and we were able to get an appointment within 24 hrs.
Jackson arrived on time. He was polite and friendly. He diagnosed our problem right away and quoted us with a few different options. He got the job done right away. Overall we are very happy with the services we received from Jacked up Plumbing. Thank you!

He was able to identify and repair the issues in a timely manner, as well as providing me with information about each issue so that I had complete understanding of the service. Thanks Jackson!
