I really enjoy their gluten free sandwiches I just wish that the gluten free pastries were less expensive and that the soups were gluten free. That being said those are minor complaints and I enjoy my afternoons I spend there.

If you order it's best to dine inwaited 1/2 hour for take out.no one else was waiting. Anyhow, ate there many times and the food and service is excellent and much quicker.

I'd have to agree with other reviews saying that some of the staff can sometimes have a bad attitude and make you feel uncomfortable.
Been living in exhibition area for a while and was always pretty happy to have a nice coffee shop nearby.
Although, as they would increase the value of certain products it doesn't mean they would act more friendly or make better quality food.
An example : the cinnamon buns. They taste exactly the same as the Superstore ones and for 2 buns they charge 5 bucks where for about that price you get 12 buns at Superstore. Plus they might not even offer to reheat them or anything.. Feels like they hate their job really.

And to be honest the rest of their 'homemade' pastry and cakes are far to be amazing for how much they cost.
Then again, it depends on who is in that day but I remember one cashier one time pretended to have forgotten I ordered a slice of cake to go and would of let me leave without notice

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was charged $11.00 for a sub par sandwich. I ordered whole wheat bread but was given white, the tomato wasn't ripe, they use French's mustard and iceberg lettuce. My sandwich was wrapped to go in plastic wrap that reeked of plastic! Being a handmade coffee shop on a city with lots of talented businesses, you would think these people would up their game nope. My cappuccino tasted like it was brewed with Nabob coffee and was served to me in a styrofoam cup! Do not waste your time AND money on this place. Spare your Tastebuds.

Excellent place to relax, have a coffee or some cake if that's your thing, and have a good conversation with whomever you are out with

Tastebuds has that local coffee shop feel. Good selection of soups, sandwiches and pastries. Coffee is solid, but I'd love to see a description of what each of their coffees are. Nice shaded patio out front.

I've gone to this cafè before and had a wonderful experience the foods pretty okay a little pricey but the staff was really nice and the wait wasn't that long but I went to the cafè again expecting to have the same experience but the cashier has such a bad attitude all I did was ask for a tea and she made me feel like I did something wrong and was being judged definitely not going back you can find much better cafès in Saskatoon dont waste your time here

It is a great place to meet friends. A wholesome menu at a reasonable price. Oh, there are store made desserts that you won't find elsewhere.
