I booked for laser hair removal as per recommendation from a friend and was super nervous at first because I thought I wouldn't fit in. I'm not the glamorous type but this place is! It's so luxurious and all the staff is gorgeous but after a few sessions this is now my go to place for anything self-care! I get botox and lip filler from Dr. Naidoo, she's incredibly knowledgable and I wouldn't trust needles in my face from anyone else!

I was in for the first time and I couldn't be more impressed with the atmosphere of the Spa my hair stylest herself. Everyone was very lovely greeting customers and seemed to be busy but not crowded. Thank you all and a special thanks to MacKenzie.

Cheryl Kleiv has brought back the joy of styling my hair. She listened to my concerns, made suggestions and found pictures to help me make the best choice. Cheryl showed me how and when to use products and explained the are of the light touch! I have had many complements about my new style and I am thrilled. Thank you Cheryl.

Extremely professional. A wonderful, clean environment with amazing staff. Myself and my lady spent 1.5 hours here and time just flew by. Felt unbelievably relaxed and taken care of. Recommend any day of the week. A must visit!

I have been to this spa twice and I loved my experiences there! The first time I had laser hair removal. The staff there made me feel very comfortable with everything, explaining every step of the way. I felt that they were very professional and knowledgeable about the service they were providing. I also had a manicure and pedicure at the spa another time. This was a lovely and relaxing time, and I was pleased with how everything turned out. My nail polish lasted several weeks and looked great! Overall I would for sure recommend the spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and affordable spa experience. I will certainly be going back! :)

I've been going to Silhouette since it opened, and have always had a fantastic experience. Mira and the rest of the staff really make you feel welcome and comfortable. It is a professional environment but they still manage to make me feel like an old friend. I've tried most hair removal techniques but laser is definitely my favourite. Fairly low pain, I can shave between treatments, and I started seeing results after my first treatment. 100% recommend this spa for all its services!

I had a lovely time at this spa. It was neat and clean and smelled like candy! I took my mother for side-by-side massages and pedicures and we were given the royal treatment Hot tea, warm blankets, hand massages, friendly conversation with staff, beautiful atmosphere and amazing prices! Above and beyond any other spa experience I have had. We will be back and telling all our friends! *thumbs up*
