This location is fantastic! From the moment you walk in the door, the front house staff is warm and welcoming. We've been coming here for the better part of 5 years, and it never disappoints. The menu has a little bit of everything to cater to every style of appetite! A great venue indeed!! Keep up the great work!!

After 3 separate visits, I can safely say this is the most bland Vietnamese food I have ever had. The staff is great no complaints there. Some of their main dishes are not bad either but the soups and Buns are tame and have no real flavor. I have eaten at nearly all of the Calgary Vietnamese restaurants and Tango is by far at the bottom of the list. Viet Thai fusion ? Thai food is supposed to have amazing flavor and heat this place has none of that :( Not going back.

We have loved Tango for a long time, but our last visit was outstanding! The lime scallops from the raw bar were insanely good. Our mains were the perfect combination of flavor and proportion, and the atmosphere is so chill and comfortable. Thanks Tango!

It was my sister last day in Calgary before going back to Italy after a month holiday. What a great way to spend our last evening together, also with my daughter, with a wonderful meal like we had at this restaurant. We sample many of the menu items and have enjoyed all of them, most expecially the mushroom pot pie. Fantastic food and service that was beyond excellent!

My husband and I live downtown and we drive out of the city just to go to tango bistro. Their staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere and decor is warm and upbeat. Anything you order from the menu is top notch and will make you want to come back for more! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. 💯👌🏻

We had such a great time at Tango Bistro. We sat on the patio because it was a really nice evening. Our server was lovely. The food was amazing. We shared an appetizer, a steak and a few sides, so we got to try a bunch of things. I'm glad we did it that way because everything was awesome! It is also half price bottles of wine on Sunday nights, so we definitely took advantage of that. Thanks for a great night.

Went to this place on multiple occasions and for multiple reasons, I confess the display of wine bottles makes for nice decoration.
I went for lunch with a special lady and the food was phenomenal. The meals tasted freshly cooked and the portions were exactly what you would expect, reasonable, but smaller, to better appreciate them. Some dishes on the menu just had to be tried for their ingenuity and interesting flavor combinations.
I also went for their brunch on Sunday mornings. I confess I had heard countless remarks on the greatness of this feast, and it turns out they were true Go figure!
The buffet was large, with items not commonly found in buffets, at least from my experience. There were loads of sea foods, and meats, Egg Benedict and lots of other delicacies, The best part is that they were all calling my name, so I tried every dish (yes my stomach was a bit distended after) and was not disappointed.
The largest asset to the restaurant is their friendly staff and intricate menu.
To elaborate on the staff, on my latest visit I was waited on by a multilingual gentleman who had a good sense of humor. He went by the name of Etienne, by the end of the meal, he had made a lasting impression making me want to return for another meal. I will definitely remember that the staff have outdone themselves to offer the best service that they could.
That being said, I must warn that parking may be scarce due to there being many other food establishments in close vicinity but I recommend The tango bistro as it is a good experience.

Amazing food for reasonable prices. Relaxing, yet highly attentive service. Although all the Smugglers Group restaurants are great, Tango Bistro is my favourite.

The atmosphere is so relaxing & upscale! I love the open fireplace! The food is amazingly delicious & created with expertise.
If you want to impress your dinner guests or have a special occasion to celebrate, Tango will more than meet your needs!

This is a semi-gourmet place. I really like their lunch menu as it is cheap and it offers a variety of delicious dishes. I usually go to this place with work colleagues for a quick bite to eat and we are always very happy with the service and quality.

You have got to check out the new menu!! We were expecting tapas when we walked in but sat down and enjoyed the new incredible experience they have to offer! The food and the drinks were amazing and had both quantity and impeccable quality. You can tell that both the front of house staff and the back take a lot of pride in what they do. I can honestly say it's one of the best places in the city for service (Jay or Derek), inviting atmosphere, and food.
