Our dog was very sick & was dying. Dr. Crew was very helpful & sensitive in our heartbreaking condition. Did everything she could. The staff also acted very caring answering my many phone calls. Definitely recommend them.

This is a pretty conscientious vet practice. Get doctor Keen if you can - she is great! Expensive of course, but they all are.

Absolutely LOVE the Aurora Animal Clinic!!
I have been taking my 3 dogs and a my cats there for approximately 10+ years! Their level of customer service and their expertise in caring for my pets always exceeds my expectations.
I wouldn't even consider taking my pets to any other clinic and trust them totally! They are always there when I need them . and ALWAYS manage to get me in immediately when/if the need arises!

I have been going to the Aurora Animal Clinic for over 18 years. They are some of the most caring and compassionate people I know. I trust them so much I drive from Scarborough to see them. I would never go anywhere else. They are truly part of my family.

My family and I have been bringing our furry family members to the Aurora Animal Clinic for over 14 years. There is no other clinic that I would trust to take care of my pets. The wonderful staff at Aurora Animal Clinic are knowledgeable, professional and most importantly compassionate. When my beloved English Springer Spaniel Jerry became ill, he was given the best possible care I could have asked for and I felt tremendously supported. Especially when it came time to say good bye. I highly recommend the Aurora Animal Clinic.

Visiting the clinic is always amazing! Everyone is super friendly and kind. They take the time to explain who, what, where, when, and why and are super patient in answering any questions I have. I've been taking my cat there since he was a baby and he always leaves smiling. Best clinic ever!

Our Labradors - Satch, Murphy were cared for by the amazing doctors at Aurora Animal Clinic. Kobe our 14 year old Black Lab is still being cared for there. All of the Vets are great with our dogs, Dr. Jocelyn Kean is unbelieveable. The staff behind the counter Charla Sarah and Natalie are so good.

In August, I was adopted by two beautiful kittens. I live in Burlington, but I brought my kittens to this location because out of the 40+ veterinarians that I’ve contacted they were the only ones who talked about the differences in vaccines. My parents live in Aurora and I was talking to them about the vast differences in pricing from veterinarians in my local region and that I never had a sense of comfort when talking to them. So, I was calling around to check what things were like in around my folks place. When I called the Animal Clinic the person on the phone was knowledgeable, personable, and took time to answer all my questions. I’ve never been to a veterinarian before, and I think I was as nervous about the visit as the kittens. The appointment on Monday Dec 12th was an amazing experience. Josylin (Sorry if that’s spelled incorrect), examined the kittens and her manner set both them and me at ease. She gave them the injections and I had been concerned about how they would react. They didn’t even flinch. I was also worried about the kittens being stressed after, but as soon as we got home they started playing like nothing had happened.
This was hands down far beyond what I thought was going to happen. I tell you this place and these people are absolutely worth the drive from Burlington. The only suggestion I have for the staff is to see if they can try and make sure it’s not snowing when people bring their loved ones in. I know it’s a challenge but still something to work on…

Fabulous staff who truly care about pets. The wonderful and knowledgable staff at the Aurora Animal Clinic have consistently demonstrated their care. Whether it is a routine exam or follow or a more urgent matter, you (and your fur family) are treated with professionalism and compassion.

Exceptional experience with this wonderful team when dealing with my Boston Terrier having cancer- diagnosed, removed and treated post-operation. They made this stressful time much easier. I highly recommend them all the time!
