I agree with Gold Berg. I'm very happy somebody spoke the truth. Way to go Gold Berg!!! They're money hackers. I took my cat there, and they quickly took my credit card and quickly diagnosed something my cat doesn't have. I went to another vet for an second opinion and my cat symptoms were very different. Why are all the accounts that left good reviews have no activity. Seems suspicious. lol get exposed.

I’m always amazed by the quality of service, friendliness of staff and the knowledge and expertise of the the doctors. I know my furry children are in safe hands. So glad I switched vets :))

Was very impressed with the professionalism and the explanation that the vet provided. She ensured that we understood exactly what was going on with our cat George and when to give him his medicine. Very friendly staff at the front desk and were very understanding when I called to explain i would be late. Even though we were almost 45mins late ( Rush hour traffic got us!!!!) then still fit us in no problem! Will be going beck 100%

I've been taking multiple cats and dogs here for 10 years. They are simply the best. My animals are NEVER scared to go in and in fact lose their minds with joy at the way the staff greets them! Front line and back of house are equally well-trained, courteous, and always pleasant and friendly. The doctors are experienced, caring and always ready with lots of options for treatments. The whole team works with us as owners to help our pets. What a pleasure! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Tilly had a great visit with Dr. Porch at her last appointment. As always she received a very thorough examination. All of my pets have always received amazing care from all of the staff at Richview Animal Hospital whether it is for a regular check up or something more serious.

Amazing service! Thank you to all of the staff at Richview Animal Hospital for seeing Bishop for an emergency visit due to an allergic reaction. Adam and I cannot express how grateful we are that you were able to accommodate us on short (no) notice without an appointment and put us (and Bishop) at ease.

This clinic is flat out amazing. I initially chose this clinic based on reading the reviews left here and could not be happier. The vets, technicians and receptionists are all so kind and caring. I've never once felt pressured into anything.. they walk you through your options and let you decide. When my puppy was vomiting on his way back home after receiving his third set of shots, they were so kind to accept us back on such short notice (even though it was closing time practically). Beautiful group of people. Thank you so much!

Thank you! Our beagle, Gaston, had the best time despite his annual shots! He got non stop treats and adoration as well as a little play time with a friend in the lobby. (All the staff was so great with him!) When we got home there was a Barkbox of treats waiting for him and he was like, "This is the best day EVER!"

This is a great vet! Our dog is always happy to arrive and also happy when he leaves. The care here is awesome - they explain your options and don't push you into making decisions. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. We switched from a different vet and are so happy with our decision. I also love that you can book appointments online!

We have been bringing our dog Sparky to Richview Animal Hospital for over 8 years. Dr. Portch takes wonderful Care of Sparky. She is so thorough and makes follow up phone calls, as do the staff. The staff are friendly, and have always been able to squeeze Sparky in for an urgent appt. Sparky loves the attention and treats he gets too! We would highly recommend Richview Animal Hospital. You are in good hands!!

My friend recommended we visit with our first dog, while he was alive Dr. Booth, Dr. Portch and Dr. Johnson were very helpful and compassionate. When he passed we brought our new dog here and got the best of care. We're going through some tricky times right now with our girl, they found she had symptoms that alarmed them and immediately referred us and helped us get into an Oncologist specialist in Mississauga/Oakville. Because of their quick attention her Lymphoma was diagnosed quickly. It has literally given us months extra (possibly more?) we never would have had without their quick intervention. Even while we're getting treatments at this other location due to her specialty needs, the Doctor's at Richview Animal Hospital check in after reports come back from periodic emergency hospitals or her oncologist which means a lot. The other staff are fantastic as well, special shout-out to Lisa who is always bright and welcoming and concerned with how the fur family is doing. Pet ownership is expensive, you never know how much time you have and when you find out there are terminal issues, it can be stressful for pet and humans alike. The value we get back from the care provided is more than worth the expense of pet ownership, thank you Richview Animal Hospital. You saved our girl and she's comfortable while we enjoy our remaining time with her!

I love this clinic they are always very thorough and you can tell they actually care. They even have made follow up calls to check on my dog or cat when they were sick. Prices are reasonable too. The vet techs are very friendly and the vets are also great too. I recommend this clinic to all my family and friends with pets.
