Not my primary place to bank, but close to downtown and always receive decent customer service. Parking can be difficult if everywhere in the back is taken. Sometimes have to park at a side street and walk.

Poor service at this branch. Never answer their phone. Slow to return calls. Do not have US dollars on hand. High staff turnover. Advisers don't last long. Avoid.

I am becoming very disappointed with TD which used to rate very highly with me. Their mobile service has many flaws and when you report you get what amounts to a there there but nothing ever is corrected.?my latest complaint is I submitted a request to collapse a pension and did not hear a word from TD for a week so I made an appt to see financial officer and found the request had not even been looked at yet .. In his favour he processed the request right then telling me the funds would be available in 5 business days . Two weeks later I still have not received the funds and have not had a response to my email.
