Scott the service manager was well dressed, well spoken and very polite!
I would step to bat to say it starts at the top and trickles it's way down as the rest of the service staff had a smile on their face and all very polite!

I was quite skeptical about purchasing a smaller vehicle but was convinced by my brother (3rd Honda Accord) and his son (Honda Prelude AND Accord owner); promising me that these are the best vehicles out there. Was highly recommended to speak to Darren Bayrack - lovely man, honest, sincere and most of all patient while I made my decision. Had my Accord for a week now - received a call from Darren last evening and he still cared that I felt I made the right decision. So far, I am in love with my car - peppy, reliable and most of all fun to drive. Thank you Darren for going beyond!!

I didn't wind up buying a car here, as they didn't have quite what I was looking for (hence: I'm not qualified to give all five stars). Had I not been so picky, I would have gladly purchased here: great selection (several cars that were very close to what I needed), great experience with Duane. I'll definitely check here next time I'm in the market!

I was given a free A1 service deal when I bought my car which is approximately $64. This means the B2 service should be 240-64=$178. Keep in mind that the B2 service has all the components of A1 with a few extras. Hence the A1 portion should be free and must be deducted from the total cost of B2. The dealership however only deducted $22 from the cost. To me this is not an honest way of doing business.
Other than that, the staff are very friendly and polite and the quality of service is good.response / report this review -

We walked in the showroom with only online reviews as reference. It was a pleasant experience as our sales agent AJ helped us look at cars and test drive the ones we preferred. All our questions were answered and the options for finance and payments were clarified. Within few hours we were proud owners of a brand new Honda Civic. The delivery and service team is also prompt to assist. I would recommend this place.

T and T Honda is one of the best dealerships I've been too. They really take the time to get to know you and your needs. Johnny was awesome, he listened to our situation and found a solution. He never made us feel rushed into buying a car. Also Jenise is the BEST! I could not thank her enough for what she's done for us. She has gone above and beyond to help me get a car and build my credit. I'm very happy with my purchase and experience.

I have owned my "new" Certified used Honda for 12 weeks now. The joy of owning this vehicle has only increased with time. I was very pleased how simple the purchase process was and overjoyed by the caring and professionalism of all T&T staff that I met on my first service appointment. For such a big dealership they really make you feel like part of a family.

Amazing car dealership! They always go above and beyond here to make sure you are taken care of and if you are waiting for a service they rush to get things done so you don't have to wait! They also work very hard to get you the best price when you are looking for a vehicle! Highly recommended!

Reasonable prices for service, free oil change program, good dealership all in all.
I've only ever had extremely minor issues over the years I've been going here for service on my '07 Honda, but most importantly, they've never pushed me into unnecessary service nor tried to screw me over or rip me off. I recommend this dealership for good, honest service and sales. I will continue to go here, and probably buy my next Honda there too, eventually.response / report this review -

I went in knowing what I wanted and was test driving in 10 minutes. Salesman was good, financing Dept delivered and vehicle was prepped probably and on time. Zero complains. T and T Honda made my experience easy and hassle free. Definitely recommend to anyone

Just a walk in customer.. I knew, I wanted to have a car but still hesitant to get one. Went there and the first person to approached us was Trent. He answered all our questions and made us feel welcomed. I was a bit shy but he made us feel comfortable. I thought we were just looking around but then I end up buying my first brand new car and I am so happy with our amazing experienced. I also want to thank Eve and Kelvin for accommodating us. As well as to Jordan and Ramy for teaching me on how to used the controls inside the car. They were all so funny and friendly.. Thank you for all the help, especially Trent.. I would definitely recommend T&T Honda to my friends.

Our experience was great at this dealership. Very unique from any previous dealerships we have dealt with. They were very welcoming and there was no pressure to buy. Our sales associate Robert Cheung was excellent, and very easy to work with. Warren Ta in finance was very personable and took the time to explain different options. Our vehicle was ready within 24 hours of purchase and ready to go. Thanks to Jordan for going through the many systems on the vehicle and making sure we were comfortable. His knowledge of the vehicle and presentation was excellent. I would highly recommend T&T Honda.

Free stuff right off the bat. I remember going in and they were handing out bags of chips and bottles of pop to anybody that came in. Not to mention the sweet selection of juice and coffee accompanied by cozy red leather chairs. It made the experience comfortable from the start. The salesman seemed enthusiastic to help get me what I wanted, even with the ridiculous amount of questions I had. Trade-in value was fair and they were patient with my waiting-to-be-fixed vehicle. Finance manager Warren Ta was exceptionally helpful in the process, very thankful for all his work. Overall great experience, second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership. If your gunna buy a Honda, go to T&T. Every service appointment I've had with them has also been smooth and easy. They treat your car so gently, it's like no one was in it when you get it back. Ultimately my point is I recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a Civic from T&T Honda. I had the pleasure of having Sunny Sharma help out with the sale. He's quite chill, and I would consider the experience positive. He gave clear simple answers to my questions and I left with no surprises. I provided a no bullshit attitude, and in return I received a no bullshit service.
Their service department even picked me up at the train station. I also appreciated the follow-up Sunny provided afterward.
