I just ordered for delivery and the Woman that answered the phone was amazingly helpful and provided the best customer service I have ever received when ordering food. I did not catch her name but it was at 6pm on Nov. 3rd 2017. She is a rock star!

I've always loved Szechuan Kitchen from my days living on Broadway. Its a great little restaurant to dine in, I've always enjoyed the decor and feel. But I generally take out most of the time now. I placed a $70+ order over the phone and was quoted about 15 minutes! Super fast. The food is hot and ready to go, and my favorite is the Pan Fried Dumplings! Classic Chinese/Vietnamese cuisine.

Food was not the best. Its like its frozen and they just warm it up. Chicken fried rice vary dry had no flavour. Chicken chow mein vary greasy tasteing. Egg roll was deep fried too long hurt too bite into it. The only thing i liked was the chicken balls. Just moved too saskatoon a year ago have tried a couple chinese places still have not found my favourite place..
Definetly going too keep searching for decent chinese place too order from.

Plates were wet and dirty (still had a piece of wet rice). Food was mediocre. Restaurant was run down and not well maintained. No redeeming qualities, I don't know why it has more than twp stars.

Not sure why people leave negative reviews saying that this restaurant is 'non-authentic Chinese food.' This ISN'T a Chinese restaurant, it's a Vietnamese one. I go here all the time and the food is very consistent. I recommend the noodle bowls or for Vegetarians the Vegetable Braised is delicious. The food is typically ready fairly quickly, especially if you're picking up. Do not expect strong customer service though. The service isn't the most friendly, but i do not think this is intentional, just a cultural barrier.
